Seeking options/opinions
By mid May,
psa
and alk were on rise. MO suggested going to Xofigo but hemoglobin numbers were too low, sub 7, got transfusion. Decided to rechallenge with taxotere. (Zytiga worked fir about year, Xtandi for month before trying Pluvicto).

At what
PSA
? My last scans in December seemed stable, but we didn't run a PET scan as we have in other years, only a CT of lumbar and MRIs of prostate and pelvis. Thanks for input.

Now my cancer is now under control, my wife no longer wants to be with me.
Following my last PET scan, no new growth was evident and my
PSA
has been under 1.0 for the last 18 months. Unfortunately my wife no longer feels I need caring for and made it clear that we should separate.

Update on cabazitaxel
PSA
at the start was 83. It fell to 61 after the first treatment, and way down to 20 after the second on July 24. The third treatment was yesterday, July 14. I had chemo with docetaxel in 2022, when
PSA
fell from about 60 to about 8, but no lower.

question: I know that there are protols for regular blood
PSA
and sometimes Testosterone when on SOC following RT and during the 2-3 years ADT (with localised high risk G9-10).

Spot Radiation before Pluvicto?
Mr.Spouse was high Gleason, low
PSA
(3.38) at dx, 100% cores GL 9 with some 8s. Except for one brief uptick in ALP (63) in 2018, blood tests are always within normal range. Latest ALP a couple weeks ago was 43.

Break from ADT or not?
The
PSA
is 0.025. Your expertise and advice are greatly appreciated. Should my Dad continue with all 3 Lupron/Zytiga/Prednisone or should he continue only with Lupron or should he take a break from all 3? Thank you SO MUCH ❤️

Apology Re: Bring PSA from 6.7 to 3.1 in 4 weeks by pure water fast (3wks) and vegan diet (1 wk).
For reference the title of the post has now been changed to "Bring
PSA
from 6.7 to 3.1 in 4 weeks by pure water fast (3wks) and vegan diet (1 wk)." I now realise that I made a big mistake by using the word 'cure', because the definition of cure in this context is total remission.

Pluvicto, Not Helping
My
PSA
has done nothing but rise, my QOL continues to get worse, and they just don't seem to want any of my input. Anyone else having issues like this with CC or any other hospitals?

What Treatment - Or No Treatment Advice?
PSA
13.2. 14mm T2 tumour seemingly confined to left side of prostate - still awaiting biopsy and thus Gleason - HOLEP 11 years ago. - prostate 36cc. Considering average lifespan, and QOL issues of treatment what would be advised?

Bloodwork after 4 weeks of SRT and 6 weeks of ADT
My
PSA
went from .373 prior to treatment to .148. Is this where I should be at after these many weeks of treatment. Thank you for your answer in advance

First blood tests since starting Abi.
My
Psa
that had climbed from 6.6 in March to 19.14 on Sept. 5 had dropped to 4.74 yesterday. ALP was 141 Sept 5 and down to 114 yesterday. I started taking low dose Abi on Sept 9 so total treatment was 24 days. To say he was happy was an understatement.

Final Path Report After RALP (Dad - 74, G7- 4+3) , what’s next ?
With the above should we be considering waiting on the
PSA
results or proactively consider ADT + Radiation as an option. We are now meeting a medical oncologist next week to go over these reports to understand next steps. Thank you again for your help.

It's still there; now what?
After a few undetectable
PSA
readings following a prostatectomy, 15 months of Eligard and salvage radiation, my latest reading is 0.03. The oncologist suggests waiting until the next
PSA
test in November to see the rate of change and once it hits a threshold, I will have another PSMA scan.

Help! Need feedback on Pluvicto recommendation
2) Have any of you had Pluvicto with a
PSA
below 1? 3) For any who’ve had Pluvicto while basically asymptomatic, how has it affected your quality of life? Thank you!!
