Who'd of thunk it?
After talking with several oncologists, I settle on a robot assisted
prostatectomy
. After the operation I was told the team could not get all of the cancer out. The margins were bad, the local lymph nodes, seminal vesicles, and nerves that were harvested were all full of cancer.

I had a radical
prostatectomy
back in 2014 (Gleason score 8). Everything fine since then and PSA under control (about 0.875). I developed lower back pains in about April and initially sought remedy through various neurosurgeons.

Massage to loosen painful scar tissue
Someone recently mentioned having significant pain due to residual scar tissue following
prostatectomy
surgery. Seek out a massage therapist offering myofascial release or deep tissue massage which can breakup scar tissue anywhere in the body.

I'm new here.
I'm a 70 yr. old man that had a combined
prostatectomy
and diverticulotomy 5 months ago. The diverticula was very large prostate gleason score 7. However, I feel that I'm still retaining more than I should. I was experiencing some incontinence before my surgery, and continue to do so.

Problems with my caboose
This may seem like a crappy subject to bring up but being four years out from

Live Life...
Had a radical
prostatectomy
two years ago, then cancer spread to seminal vesicles (T3B). Had radiation two different times, for a month each go. Helped groin pain immensely. Looking forward to my last chemo treatment , 4 more to go.

Here is a frightening statistic: "In 2011, 70% of hospitals averaged 1 robot-assisted radical

per week or less".
