Chemotherapy with ADT & Radiotherapy for Localized High-Risk PCa.
plus adjuvant CT with six cycles of docetaxel chemotherapy versus radical

alone.22 The discordance in results between RTOG 0521, which showed benefits in OS, DM, and DFS, and GETUG-12, SPCG-13, and SPCG-12 may stem from differences in patient populations among the studies.

How I got to "undetectable" PSA
The reason my radiation was originally delayed somewhat was because of incontinence, which was a real problem for months after surgery (the surgeon who performed the
prostatectomy
said that the location of the tumors made it trickier than usual to reconnect the urethra).

Post robotic surgery leakage and remedies
I had a robotic
prostatectomy
years ago. My erections vary but I can still get hard to some degree. Viagra helps. The biggest problem that I have is leakage during erections and orgasm. It is embarrassing and now lives rent free In my head a good deal of the time. It has really stressed me out.

Had a retropubic
prostatectomy
in 2015 pT3b M1 N0 Gleason 4+3=7, now have a permanent supra-pubic catheter. I am currently in watchful waiting mode with a PSA of 8.23 and rising. My focus is on quality of life, rather than longevity. Anyone else here with a similar story, or goal?

I had a
prostatectomy
in November. The pathology of my prostate showed no cancer in the margins or lymph nodes. However, my first post-surgical PSA was 0.06 and my next was 0.09 a month later. Taking a 3rd March 1st.My treatment plan now is PBRT and PLNRT radiation and short term hormones.

Conquering ED
So blessed that incontinence and PSA are under control after
prostatectomy
. My pre-surgery SHIM (Sexual Health Inventory for Men) was 24; it is now 5. Sadly, this is "severe ED" on the scoring system. Surgery was Oct 2018, almost six months ago. I take 5mg sildenafil at night.

Looking for Other Perspectives
My
prostatectomy
was in November. The pathology on my prostate said it was negative to cancer in the lymph nodes and margins and expected a clean psa. In January, my PSA was 0.06, in Feb it was 0.09. I have another psa at the end of this week.
