I had a robotic prostatectomy years ago. My erections vary but I can still get hard to some degree. Viagra helps. The biggest problem that I have is leakage during erections and orgasm. It is embarrassing and now lives rent free In my head a good deal of the time. It has really stressed me out. Has anyone had any successful surgeries or therapies to assist with this? Thanks guys
