Good news for coffee lovers !
Is coffee bad for your gut bacteria? If you like to support your gut health but love a cup or two of the brown stuff, this is a question you may have pondered upon. Luckily, I can reassure you that the answer to this question is no, coffee is not bad for your gut bacteria. In fact, you will be pleased

Symprove probiotic - anyone had it recommended by doctors.
Hi there Just coming out of another gastric attack and wondering for the umpteenth time if there’s anything out there that might help. After disappointing trials of milled flax seed (major gut agony), kefir (nice but no effect) and kimchi (don’t get me started) I’m a bit wary of anything ingested, but

Interesting about probiotics and inulin to help with long term Covid symptoms
I just found this article from the U.K. which found lactobacillus
probiotics
and inulin a chicory product helped people with long Covid and helped some of them get rid of their long term gut issues.

pmmargo got me thinking about rebtar 's post: "Another interesting study. Nasal microbiome." https://healthunlocked.com/cure-parkinsons/posts/147297691/another-interesting-study.-nasal-microbiome. which discusses how the nasal microbiome of PwP is different than that of normies (and gets more different

How long to get back to NSR after a colonoscopy?
So I'm drinking lots and considering some
probiotics
. ( which ones I wonder?). Keffir too. Does anyone else have the same experience and how long does it take to get back on an even keel?

Probiotic supplements vs. diet and fiber for adv. prostate cancer. This is a short summary of my three days of research.
I'm not an expert on the topic but I read several studies on
probiotics
to find something that might be helpful, instead of promoting cancer.

Probiotics…
Just started
probiotics
and iron supplements. Can both of them cause diarrhea?? Diagnosed 3 months ago still don’t know what good for my GI. I feel like if I eat veggies and fruits I get frequent loose bowel movements ,even though I haven’t had that before.

Found My IBS-D Cure!
The milk of the camel is very high in
probiotics
, nutrients, vitamins etc as there obviously isn't much liquid around in the desert so every drop has to be top quality milk for their young to be healthy. Let me know if you have any questions!

Worst foods for generating gas?
There so many possible remedies out there, none I yet tried seem to have any significant effect and I'm cautious about
probiotics
since I suspect a couple of days taking Alflorex made this worse. A while ago I tried Symprove (no effect) but did not have such bad wind then.

GV-971 For Alzheimer's Disease Now and PD Later Next Year....maybe
Although this study is about Alzheimer's Disease (AD), it is very interesting in showing how the gut microbiota can be manipulated to very good effect and that fact is very important for many diseases including PD. It is also worth noting that some of the methods of action that have so far been discovered
