He's out of hospital and I'm shocked from a curled up humble position he's choosing to pray they give him pluvicto . His Dr put it through but might be stoped by nuclear Dr.

Psma scan shows high uptake on lower left lobe of prostate the size of a peanut. Would a dose of lut177 knock it out so. I can go off H,T and who would do it. I’d pay if this would work . Can’t be reradiated. Peña scan shows nonmetastatic

Just an update: My husband's PSA is over 215 as of two weeks ago and was scheduled for Pluvicto which has now been put on hold until production ramps up again. Spoke to RO last night and he said that they are hoping for production to increase within 3 months.

I've been so sick from my 2nd dose of pluvicto. .. The anorectal pain is something I have been fighting with since after the first dose, I think i my have found eating one white rice gives me relief... Anyone have similar experience?...abdominal pain, dirreaha?

Considering this after a successful six sessions of LU-177 (Pluvicto), but now PSA is rising quickly. Thanks.

Well I was given my third Pluvicto treatment today.... and when I brought up my rising PSA to two different PA's, I got the same answer... Don't be so concerned about your PSA rising a few points between doses.

With no real options Dr Sartor suggested I might try adding Lynparza and Xtandi with pluvicto lu177. We did and felt better and PSA is 62 after 5 th treatment. Thank God for a doctor who thought out side book!

Morning folks, Finished round four of LU 177 yesterday, no real side effects, maybe slight headache and somewhat upset stomach. Blood work was good. PSMA PET scheduled for April 6th. Hoping for good results. The theranostics tech said he had 35 in the queue to start the treatment waiting on supply

I’ve run the gambit from Casodex to Docetaxel to Zytiga to Cabazitaxel to Pluvicto currently on Xtandi but it is failing. I’ve also had Lupron and Zometa along the way. All of my treatments have been at Hershey Medical Center. 

My MO promised to talk with her in preparation for my starting Pluvicto and get back to me. In the meantime I had a new PSMA PET scan (last one was in Oct 2022).

I also had a mild stroke over Christmas and almost back to “normal” PSA is up to 213 so I need to decide whether to try Erleada (I failed Zytiga and Xtandi) or opt for a Pluvicto regime. There is a doctor in Orlando doing the treatment. Has anyone here with kidney issues done Pluvicto yet ?

At present I'm on Pluvicto. When that fails will go on Cabzataxal. What is available when that fails.

Dr Almaguel, a nuclear radiologist, who is doing trials for Pluvicto which I did not qualify for, having crossed over to Xtandi, recommends Pluvicto without the chemo. He has been treating mcrpc patients in Bad Berka , Germany for years and claims those who have not had chemo do much better.

I know they say scans are the best way to tell if Pluvicto is working but it seems the bloodwork is probably saying something. He’ll get round two soon, regardless. I don’t know what is left to try.

He has also had 6 pluvicto treatments last year. Just asking if it’s time to end this treatment? He’s blown thru the other treatments available to him.

Was Weighing up options to go ahead with standard of care- ADT and chemo OR do one of the Pluvicto (lutecium Lu 177) clinical trials at MSK in NYC. The trial is seeing if Lu 177 BEFORE chemo is effective.

Start Pluvicto Friday January 20th. Any recommendations.? I already have so much pm pain in back legs hips thighs - do not sleep Any suggestions appreciated

The doc said if he does have cancer in his liver they will immediately take him off the Pluvicto and put him on chemo. There was no talk of what his life expectancy might be in that case, and online research revealed very depressing statistics.

Got my fist dose of Pluvicto today, everything went well. My current PSA is 243. Hoping to knock that down. The doctor said 80% of their patients have had 50% or more PSA reduction. I have significant pain so hoping to get relief from that as well.

Does Pluvicto help clear bone marrow so RBC's can grow and increase hemoglobin levels? So for WBC and platelets are ok.
