Psma scan shows high uptake on lower left lobe of prostate the size of a peanut. Would a dose of lut177 knock it out so. I can go off H,T and who would do it. I’d pay if this would work . Can’t be reradiated. Peña scan shows nonmetastatic

You will need at least several cycles, provided it is successful. In my opinion reirradiation with SBRT is a better option: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/348... This is feasible after previous radiation.

thanks gp24. If side effects aren’t worst than H.T will consider it

The financial side effects are severe. I would budget about 50.000 USD for four cycles of Lutetium therapy abroad. SBRT will be payed by your health insurance. Plus I had two SBRT therapies already without side effects.

You certainly can be re-radiated. Find a different RO. No one will give you 177LuPSMA if there are no metastases. It would be very toxic.
