Pluvicto Round Four Complete

Morning folks,

Finished round four of LU 177 yesterday, no real side effects, maybe slight headache and somewhat upset stomach. Blood work was good.

PSMA PET scheduled for April 6th. Hoping for good results.

The theranostics tech said he had 35 in the queue to start the treatment waiting on supply.

congrats. Can you identify any positive progress so far. Did you have pain prior to starting treatment and if so any improvement?

Did not have any significant pain prior

All Mets confirmed so far are lymph node only

Not checking PSA since mine was really low even with Mets

I’ve had 2nd infusion of Pluvicto…waiting to see if PSA goes down. I’m fatigued w mild headache. Having bone scans in a few days. I hope this med works!

Getting 2nd Pluvicto treatment on Monday. SE's have been minimal just some mild fatigue. Curious at to where my PSA is trending, hopefully I will find out Monday morning before treatment when I see my PA. Wishing all only good going forward. Thanks Larry the Wizard of Wesley Chapel

I think of LU-177 as liquid Radiation (as opposed to Beam Radiation). With Beam R, they ask you to wait 90 days for first PSA test because dead and dying PCa cells give off a ton of PSA. Im surprised that with LU-177 they are so anxious to give you scans and PSA tests.

It wouldnt surprise me to see damage to PCa still going on at 90 days post treatment. Also, my Radiologist asked me to wait 120 days on any scans. My PSA was still dropping at the 1 year mark (which was 26 months after my Dx and start of ADT2) with SABR/SBRT. My Pylarify Scan was 11 months after SABR/SBRT treatment. Mike
