My husband had to stop Pluvicto after 3 treatments due to low hemoglobin and rising PSA.He has now been prescribed 1 mg Diethystilbestrol daily.
Is anyone else taking this medicine and how is it going please?

I assume your husband had almost all treatments already. DES should reduce the PSA value, so you could give it a try. When taken for an extended period of time it increases the cardiovascular risks.
I am NOT a doctor, and here are things I would do for myself
Increased PSA during Pluvicto is normal. PSA also reports dead cancer cells from Pluvicto. Please schedule SCAN and compare over next 5 months.
Start iron infusions to manage hemoglobin and complete entire course of pluvicto
Sorry to interrupt, but I noticed your well-meaning but wrong advice. Iron is toxic and should NOT be given. The low hemoglobin is caused by the destruction of bone marrow by the Pluvicto, not low iron. Pluvicto can cause a temporary surge in PSA, but if prolonged, it is toxic to continue. It sometimes makes the cancer worse.
DES is a synthetic estrogen, which stops testosterone production. Pills can cause blood clots, so if he can get a transdermal patch or gel it would have fewer side effects.
