Bad night
Just endured another really anxious night. The tension is terrible. It’s like your body is poised to be flung like a stone from a slingshot. Soooo much tension and discomfort. Couple that with the never ending rumination and feelings of hopelessness and depression and it’s pretty tough. I finally

Ozurdex implant
Hi I have CRVO with macular oedema in my right eye, this happened when I was 46, it’s coming up to a year now and I’ve had 3 lucentis injections and 5 bouts of laser, I’ve recently had the ozurdex implant and i must say that it has improved my sight but I was just wandering if anyone else has had this

Anxiety relapse
Hi, I five years ago I suffered from anxiety which lead to a nervous breakdown. I was out in 50mg or Sertraline and got through it. I feel it made me a much stronger person and I did so much in my life after it that I wouldn’t of done before. I recently started a new job which was going well, and two

WTH happened?
So here’s my story to anyone who cares to hear it. I have always generally been a strong willed and independent go-getter type of person. Total workaholic. That is probably part of the reason my ex and I broke up over a year ago now. When this happened it was sad but I felt maybe it was for the best.

I’m 21 and as you guys know who have read my posts I suffer with health anxiety ocd generalised anxiety disorder and depression and to be honest I just don’t see how I’m going to get better it’s almost like I don’t have the motivation to do it like I would just rather not and I have no idea why that

All of my days are blurring together and my memory is shot..
Yeah.. anxiety thing? I feel like I'm floating through my days (or nights rather, because I usually sleep all day) in a cloud of fear and anxiety. My body even feels warm and numb. Idk how to "snap out" of this. I think moving triggered it, and then my grandpa who is pretty much my last remaining relative

Starting Zoloft today
I have been on lexapro for anxiety for the last year or so, and it has worked wonders. I have been depressed for the last two months so my doctor tried Wellbutrin along with the lexapro, didn't work. So now we are going to try Zoloft, nothing else along side of it. Any advice on when to take it? Any

Healthline has anyone else found it totally ridiculous or just me?
I know this isn’t anxiety related so I apologise for the non relevance however I recently googled sticky skin as I’ve not been showering as much to my skin irritation a couple of days ago. I did this thinking there would be some skin health tips around and came upon a site called “Healthline” there was

Just can't cope ...
I'm so sorry to be making this kind of desperate-sounding post. I just feel so helpless and hopeless and I don't know what to do. I've suffered with anxiety in the past but it's flared up again really badly just recently, due to a combination of things. I'm taking Sertraline 50mg, my GP recommended today

Myocardial Perfusion Stress Test NM Mps Tf Stress Gated - has anyone had one. Are you left well enough to drive home afterwards?
Just wanted to know if I will be in a fit state to drive myself the 30miles or so home after the test. I'd really appreciate hearing other peoples experiences.

Time to think outside the box.
Countless thousands have felt exactly as you do. Countless thousands have recovered their quiet mind. And so will you. Your nervous system is responding perfectly normally to what you are subjecting it to. Anxiety overload. It has put up with so much for so long and now it's complaining. Fear of fear

Strugglint
I’m struggling a lot lately with my mental health. My anxiety and depression have been on and off through the roof and I’m struggling to keep it together. I’ve been on citalopram 20mg for about 7-8 years and it was working for me but more recently I’ve felt like it’s not doing as much as it used too

Is anyone on klonopin or Prozac? I am taking .05 mg a day of klonopin and 10 mg of Prozac every other day. I have good results sometimes for a while and I think I am getting better, but now then I have a relapse and the anxiety and fear takes over again. I had years of coping well with nothing but

Need help with fear
I have emetophobia (fear of vomiting) and it is controlling my life right now causing me to have panic attacks everyday and I feel like I am on the edge of becoming hysterical because of this intense fear that I cannot explain. I am wondering if some of you who don’t fear vomiting could share with me

Tips for using klonopin when needed
As I've mentioned before, I'm on 20mg of lexapro and 150mg (I think) of Wellbutrin. I was also prescribed klonopin to take if I feel a panic attack coming on. I am planning on bringing it with me everywhere I go (just in case) but I have taken it before and it makes me very drowsy to the point where

I need help with Ativan/Lorazepam
I am taking Ativan (lorazepam) for now almost 10 months. I know it's not meant to be use for long term but my previous psychiatrist thought I needed it because of the intensity of my anxiety symptoms. My anxiety is still the same I am panicking everyday. I live in fear. I want to stop the meds because
