My latest CBCs etc on Besremi
NAC is known to save liver on tylenol (
paracetamol
) overdose and is FDA approved for that. -I seem to respond well to low doses, I also did on HU. But Dr is still set on packing it in. He wants me to reach 200mcg per two weeks eventually to try for allele (Jak2) reduction.

Hip and groin pain .
I started with left groin pain about 3 weeks ago . This sometimes goes around the outside of the hip . I saw a doctor ( not mine) and he thinks it is osteoarthritis. I have RA and OA and have had a knee replacement, same side , and a right elbow replacement. The doctor said he thought it was osteoarthritis

Dental Implant Surgery
My kind dentist says it is safe requiring only three days of Ibuprofen/
paracetamol
and antibiotics. And he can use anaesthetics without adrenaline as I react to it. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you very much

Are my symptoms consistent with B12 deficiency especially burning sensation.
Hi Hoping people can tell me if some weird symptoms I'm having are consistent with B12 deficiency. I'm in the UK London. I have started getting burning skin sensations - feels like someone applied deep heat when I wasn't looking. I get these on my forearms, shoulders, patches on my upper back. They

Toe cramping and leg pain in Parkinson’s
Pain killers, like
Paracetamol
, are of little help. Neither is Co-Codamol which also exacerbates normal Parkinson’s constipation. I spend a good deal of time massaging her toes, feet and calves and this does offer some, but not lasting, relief. However, this is hardly a practical solution.

Controlled RA?
Is it considered a good outcome if regular
paracetamol
and ibuprofen (in addition to the prescribed Mtx) keep pain in check or should we expect the RA specific meds (Dmards et al) to give a pain free result on their own?

Newly diagnosed and needing help
The gyne unit at the hospital have said they'll put me on the "very long" waiting list to see the endo team - in the meantime I should take
paracetamol
when the pain is bad and consider getting a coil. I've just been reading online about endometriomas (the cysts) and I'm completely freaking out.

Docetaxel and headaches?
I had my first cycle of Docetaxel Chemotherapy last Wednesday. I have been waking in the early morning with a blinding headache and struggled to sleep at all after that. This has happened for 5 nights in a row now. I rang up my care team yesterday who said they would contact my specialist but I've not

**sensitive** with low AMH and poor semen results
On a side note, I had experienced strong pains in my abdominal area from last Monday night up until yesterday - once or twice a day, to the point it would make me feel sick and I’d have to take
paracetamol
to dull the pain. Can this be normal?

Sternum pain.
I was prescribed a gel for pain and im on Codrydomal for pain I think 10 percent codeine and the combination of
paracetamol
. I like to keep going and have been told not to heavy lifting, I work as a landscape gardener so that's like a typist with finger pain i guess.

Steroid Reduction - Planning and Patience.
Usually they were at an acceptable level so I kept using heat pads for painful areas and extra
paracetamol
if needed. The conclusion I’ve come to is, listen to your body each step of the way, and don’t be quick to go back up on steroids unless your inflammation levels show it’s necessary.
