I’ve been taking evorel 25 and ultrogestan 100 since February for menopause symptoms but the side effects have been getting worse. The menopause team wrote to gp and suggested everol conti or something else. The gp prescribed everol conti as it’s what they prefer. I finally got it today and I’m not happy

Is it possible to start bleeding if im on estrogen - estrofem 6mg a day and progesteron even if sthg was wrong with the embryo? I suspect my estrogen level is low. They never checked. Im 5w3. Had some spotting the last 2 days.

I then got bloods done for oestrogen and the results were 3434?? I thought this low? I have to keep stimming, go for scan again wed and ec possibly Friday. Can anyone indicate how many eggs possibly with an oestrogen level of 3434?

I’m currently using Lenzetto oestrogen spray 2 or 3 sprays a day. Any advice would be helpful as I’m losing my mind with no sleep but the nerve pain is taking me over 😭. Thank you xx

Does anyone use norethisterone as a daily progesterone alongside Oestrogen, to help control bleeding? Bleeding is the bane of my life right now and I would give anything to just not bleed when on HRT. I’m meant to be post menopausal, but since December 2020, I have bled on and off whilst on HRT.

Anyway the 2 results that stand out and that I need to understand are: Progesterone: 0.8 nmol/L (postmenopause <0.401) Oestradiol: <18.4 pmol/L (postmenopause <100) I calculated the progesterone / oestradiol ratio and it comes out to 42.75 I think, which makes me oestrogen dominant.
