Spotting on estrogen 6mg a day at 5w1 after fet

Is it possible to start bleeding if im on estrogen - estrofem 6mg a day and progesteron even if sthg was wrong with the embryo?

I suspect my estrogen level is low. They never checked. Im 5w3. Had some spotting the last 2 days.
