Endo 'Stroke'
I have done some research and read that
oestrogen
dominance spurred on by the pill and HRT over several years in conjunction with progesterone resistance has fed the underlying missed areas of endo.

at last I can try some HRT
I have been prescribed
oestrogen
2 pumps as well as Utrogestan 100 for a trial of 3 months. I had a small breast cancer 10 years ago so being cautious. is it better to start with just one pump for a week or so ? or do I go straight in with 2 pumps? Your experiences with this are invaluable .

HI, I've lowered my Dexa results in a year (but still higher than 5 years ago) All areas are in osteopenia now with spine being the worst at -2.1. I didn't realize you shouldn't change machines so last year it was -2.9 but I think that was part error. My doc is checking with place because differences

Help finding Consultant Severe Gastro, brain fog & now Anaphylaxis issues! Long Covid?
Now I've been diagnosed with ADHD and started stimulants, and also restarted HRT my tongue and throat swelled up making talking and swallowing difficult so finding stress,
oestrogen
and many meds I react to trigger histamine release this now makes sense that brain fog and inflammation are histamine related

Jaw and Shoulder Pain
Did anyone have jaw and/or shoulder pain that was eventually relieved once they found their sweetspot? I am 24 days on 100mcg T4 and 5mcg T3. I have the jaw and shoulder pain, plus still very tired. I think the brain fog is somewhat better. It is hard to sort out brain fog and fatigue at times. I can

OTD - help, I’m so confused. *possibly sensitive*
Took my
oestrogen
patch off as felt it was game over. Now I’ve since gone back to the test and it’s positive 😑 obviously this is slightly good news, but it doesn’t really feel like it.

Zoladex delay
I appreciate its early days (into my second month now) but the degree of pain from that first flare surely flags that
oestrogen
-responsive tissue is at play in the symptoms.

Dr. Jorge Flechas on reversing osteoporosis with boron.
Really informative talk. His wife reversed her osteoporosis by going up to 150 mg/ day of boron. He’s been taking it for many years, he was 65 when this was filmed and says he now has the skeleton of a 20 year old. Be sure to watch part 2 (also located on this channel) - it goes more into bone drugs

Does lower stims equal fewer eggs/embryos or better quality?
Long story short, I have high
oestrogen
and it means getting to transfer is difficult (both fresh and fet). Took us 11 months to do 1 collection and 2 transfers.

I was just diagnosed with multiple goiters
hello, I have never had any thyroid issues in my life until my doctor felt my neck and said -you have goiters- I got an ultrasound and I have multiple goiters on both sides of my neck. My blood work is in the low end of normal, but now I will be seeing an endocrinologist next week. I am menopausal and

My doctors have put me on

He talked a lot about vaginal atrophy, offered me
oestrogen
cream, but it wasn't clear to me it would be useful. He said if the atrophy wasn't bothering me (basically if I wasn't active sexually, which I'm not) I didn't need to do anything about it.
