I have started Cladribine injection recently. I have change from Ocrelizumab.I would like to know the positive effect of cladribine on my mobility.

Ocrelizumab is the first FDA-approved medicine for primary progressive MS. It appears to slow the progression of disability. In terms of making physical function as good as it can be, people with PPMS will be helped by exercise, stretching, physical, and occupational therapy.

Is anyone on Ocrelizumab infusion or have their Rheumy consultant considered this line of treatment? Many Thanks

Per Multiple Sclerosis News Today, "Treatment with Ocrevus (ocrelizumab) has superior or comparable effectiveness and a similar safety profile to other available disease-modifying treatments (DMTs) for treating relapsing multiple sclerosis (MS), according to a new review study."

I also have a connective tissue disease that ocrelizumab is expected to address as well. I'll report back when I'm up to it, there seems to be a wide range of responses to the infusions. Wish me luck!

I am going to begin taking Ocrelizumab at the end of June. I am nervous about it. I have read a lot about it. The infusion center told me about a new case of PML in Germany.
