Carolek572, it's Fancy1959. Thank you so much Carol for sharing this press release. I had not seen it or I would have posted it too. If there would have been I love it button beneath your post I would have hit I love it instead of I like it. This information supports everything that I've read on the product or should I say DMT called ocrevus to date. It's a win-win-win situation for everyone fighting this horrible monster we call MS. The safety studies are through the roof to date, the cognitive actual Improvement indications are also high, and the incidence of recurring relapses and increasement of disability is low low low! If you're still on the fence about ocrevus please read this study thoroughly and then speak to your neurologist and see if you think it might be right for you. I am on it because I truly believe it is right for me and I am on it for the Long Haul. I know from everything I have read that some of the best results occur two to three years down the road. Like the old saying goes the best things in life are worth waiting for and I am waiting to see what ocrevus can do for me! Fancy.

Hey Fancy1959,

I am so happy that you found it interesting as well. I am on Ocrevus since this February, and even in this short time, I am noticing positive results. I am hoping for more positive results as that is what I heard as well with regards to 2-3 year wait. Perhaps a cure is not too far behind!

Please keep in touch, and keep smiling,

Carole

Thanks!

I was really hoping for better treatment for PPMS. Oh well, maybe someday.

I don’t mean to be crass, but if the disease affected men in the form of (ED), we would have a lot more research and probably a cure. 🙄

Good article. I am at one year and feel weaker if anything. Have been thinking of stopping, but I see I really need to continue to the 2 year mark. Thanks and God bless 🙏.

Hey Yooper,

Please let your doctor know of this as soon as possible because 2 years is too long for you to wait. Perhaps they can recommend a course of action for you to follow.

Keep smiling and God bless as well,

Carole

Thank you for post the article. I am in the process of being approved to receive Ocrevus. I was already excited about it because of what I had already read about it, plus a friend of mine with MS just had her 2nd full dose. She is also now a spokesperson for it. I've seen the changes in her and they have been remarkable. She was diagnosed with MS when she went blind and couldn't walk. You would never know it today. Her eyes and legs work just fine. She is full of energy and loving life. She keeps up with her twin daughters and all their sports activities, basketball, baseball & soccer. She says the only problem she has after the infusion is itching and a little fatigue that lasts about 24 hours. I'm excited about the cognitive results. I really have a hard time with cognitive issues. So I can't wait to see what it can do for me!
