Diagnosed with Richters
I’m now in mid Cycle 3 of the Venetoclax, Pirtobrutinib, &
Obinutuzumab
trial. I’m tolerating it very well. Almost all my blood work is now in range with platelets low at 116. I get another PET/CT and bone marrow in 2 weeks to determine how it’s working.

Venclexta & Obinutuzumab not working?
I am getting ready for my 6th infusion, all my bloodwork is practically normal. I am Trisomy 12 with notch 1, NRAS, ATM and MITF. Before I started treatment my wbc had dropped on its own from 18,000 to 11,000. And my lymph nodes in my neck and armpits had started to reduce in size. They started me on

Hiccups!!
My dad has just started treatment this week Mon and Tues (
obinutuzumab
and ventoclax) and he has started to complain about never ending hiccups. I thought I read something about hiccups being common but I can't seem to find that again. If anyone has any insight I would appreciate it. Thanks :)

Median PFS for FCR treated CLL patients with IGHV-M was 14.6 years vs 4.2 years for patients with IGHV-UM. V+O and I+R look to be superior
The big advantages of combination targeted therapies (venetoclax +
obinutuzumab
and ibrutinib+ rituximab shown in the accompanying PFS plots), are that not only are they proving superior to FCR, you don't need to be a young (aged 65 or younger), fit patient to go through these treatments

Finished Obinutuzumab treatment!
Feeling great, I finished
Obinutuzumab
treatments today. I gained 10 pounds during the process. Hoping that is short lived. I will continue with daily Venetoclax until March. A couple of bumps in the road in the beginning, but overall a positive experience.

Anyone with AF got any experience with taking either Zanubrutinib or R&V
I was previously treated with
Obinutuzumab
and Chlorambucil for 5 sessions and this proved to be very effective as my bloods all returned to ‘normal’ very quickly and I have remained very well during and after the treatment.

Celiac testing and Obinutuzumab
So I am getting tested for celiac disease. I've known I had issues with gluten for years, and my grandma had it, but it never got that bad. Now I've had diarrhea for months and am losing weight - so it seems sensible to get it checked out. But I'm on V & O, completed the O infusions in July (about

Ventoclax and obinutuzumab versus acalabrutinib
I was diagnosed with stage C CLl in August with 2 treatment options. V+O for one year or Acalabrutinib for ever. Any views on the above or is it just the convenience of the treatment.

Advise on CLL Treatment Options - UK
This consisted of 5 cycles of
Obinutuzumab
+ chlorambucil which very successfully addressed my CLL and returned all my bloods to normal very quickly. During this 4 year period I haven't experienced any problems at all.

Introduction & a quick question...
After considering the viable options based on the cytogenetics, we are going with an
Obinutuzumab
& Venetoclax one-year treatment plan. My doctor initially had me take a low dose of (50% normal) Chlorambucil for a few weeks to bring down the lymphocyte count into the low 100s.

Various treatments. 2014 ibrutinib. 2016 Venetoclax and
obinutuzumab
on trial. It worked. 2021 CLL back in bone marrow. Now starting to grow slowly. Haemaglobin only 13. I like more. I’m 54. Seem to constantly have colds. Chronic and recurrent sinusitis. Bowel trouble too.

'Headspin'
She seems to be leaning towards, 'Venetoclax Pill's and an '
Obinutuzumab
' drip. She is keen to have this done in January, in case the tumour issue flares up, as it will be better if the CLL treatment is completed by them.
