Venetoclax reactions
I am currently under treatment for my sll with
obinutuzumab
and Venetoclax. The O infusion is going quite well, but I can't tolerate the Venetoclax even at the minimum of 20. My Anc numbers drop too low. Is it possible that I simply can't take it, and only do the infusion.

Reaction to Venetoclax?
His WBC started to climb into "dangerous territory" in July 2022, so he then began infusions of
Obinutuzumab
this past December 2022; his WBC dropped back into normal territory and we rejoiced!

Ventoclax&Obinutuzumab or Zanibrutinib&Acalabrutinib
51 years old have been on watch and wait three years. Only reasons to start treatment now seem to be hemoglobin around 10 and after bone marrow recently done I believe about 70% CLL found. Unmutated. Good health outside of cll. My two questions are first what are the chances of serious side effects

COPAY QUESTION FOR OBINUTUZAMAB AND VENETOCLAX TREATMENT.
I know the
Obinutuzumab
infusions are totally covered. Since I have low adjusted gross income now that we are retired. I applied for copay assistance through Pan. I got on the list and the contacted me that funds were coming. Did I want to go ahead and apply for a grant? Sure!

Remission after 2 months?
But he also said that the treatment with chemotherapy (
Obinutuzumab
plus V.) had to carry on, otherwise the remission will not last. I thought remission means no treatment at all. He is talking everything positive so I really question it, if I am really in remission.

Question about Dexamethasone with O&V
Hi everyone, I was diagnosed in Jan 23 and started
Obinutuzumab
3 weeks ago - will additionally be starting Venetoclax later this week. My WBC was 32 before starting O and nearly immediately reduced to 2.5 - 5. But neutrophils have been an ongoing concern.

TLS can also occur with other CLL treatments, especially when they are fast acting, rapidly killing CLL cells, such as can occur with
obinutuzumab
and rituximab.

I’m scared of treatment
Venetoclax and
Obinutuzumab
My Haematologist has suggested that I may need to start treatment with these drugs and Calquence. I’ve been on Watch & Wait since diagnosed in 2014 when WBC count was just above normal range.

Relapse/Refractory CLL
That maybe I could go back on venetoclax and
obinutuzumab
(instead of rituximab) or Acalabrutinib or Zanubrutinib. At that point, my eyes were fully glazed over. :( I'm just trying to get ready for my appointment this week, in case its time to decide on a treatment option.

A trial and some tribulations
Fun Note:
Obinutuzumab
would be a great Scrabble word. I had started the allopurinol back in January, which kept the uric acid normal throughout my stay.

Obinutuzumab Question
Hello: As I posted recently that I’m going through O + V treatment presently. During December I will complete three weeks of Obin infusions. The first week was broken into two days, this week was one day and next week is one day. My question is how many more months of O infusions will I get after

Obinutuzumab & Venetoclax - tired & weak all the time
Hello, I’m appr. 6 weeks into the teatment. - Is it normal to feel very tired and weak during treatment? I am at a point where even sittings with ‘m’y legs down is tiring. Cannot do normal House hold chores anymore. - Also, how often should the blood be checked? Your input is much appreciated.

Is Distilled water better to consume during treatment ?
I am shortly coming off watch and wait and will start treatment with
obinutuzumab
and Venetoclax. I understand I will have to increase drinking water to flush out drugs and waste products.
