Rising PSA
Recently while on Lupron &
NUBEQA
PSA continues to rise. Now at 10.1 and Testosterone nondectable. PSMA/PET/CT scan last weeks states no metastases present. We meet with Dr. Aggarwal next week. Last month at our visit he told us at this point “Scans” are the compass not PSA readings.

Rising PSA … Clear PSMA SCAN
hubby has been on Lupron &
NUBEQA
since April. At first it brought PSA down but now it is up to 6.5 His last PSMA SCAN was in October when PSA was 4.3 Next PSMA scan is mid January. Aggarwal says PSA # is no longer of much value. The scans are what we will now go by.

Results from 4 Genomic labs
He has been on Lupron,
NUBEQA
, and Zytiga. Over time they have failed. Recently, 4 lymph nodes were removed for thorough testing to make sure C had not mutated into Neuroendocrine. It had not. Actually, the 3 reports are very similar to the one from 3 years ago.

VERY limited exercise… am I kidding myself
Diagnosed April ‘23, 6-month Lupron, had 4 rounds of Docetaxal, presently on
Nubeqa
. I know there are significant benefits to exercise, and I have pretty much convinced myself that I am doing the best I can for now … but it’s not much.

Anyone on Nubeqa mono therapy with prostate in place?
wondering if there is anyone on this protocol while still having their prostate in place. What are the side effects and PSA profile? Thank you.

Good news. Hope it can help others.
Did 6 rounds of docxitacel ,
Nubeqa
twice a day, Lupron once a month. Radically changed my diet and lifestyle from the moment I was diagnosed. Try to get rid of stress No sugar, no alcohol, no bread, no red meat, no processed foods whatsoever. As much organic fruits and vegetables as possible.

Zytiga after failing nubeqa ?
Has anyone had any luck with Zytiga after
nubeqa
fails to hold down PSA? I have been mCRPC for a few years now and Im curious if there is any chance Zytiga would work after the combination of Orgovyx/
Nubeqa
failed.

At what point for scan ?
Zoladex and
nubeqa
are the treatments that were started before chemo . Positive for BRCA2 with blood test . We do not have an oncologist in this province and the doctor has training and gets advice from oncologist in Vancouver Prostate Centre .

Moved from Abi to Nubeqa and saw a PSA increase
I recently switched from Abiraterone/Prednisone to
Nubeqa
because of the high blood pressure that I had with Abi requiring additional BP meds. I was previously .058 a month ago when I switched and .109 today, almost double in a month. Any one with experience with this switch?

Rising PSA
His and has been on Lupron for 6 years and recently and added
NUBEQA
about one year ago. In one year PSA has been rising. Up to 14 now. Dr. Aggarwal says no longer treat PSA # only scan results. Yet, CT with contrast is not definitive. Thoughts? Thank you!

Taste Issues and finger neuropathy on Xtandi( enzalutamide) ?
In order to participate in a clinical trial (FOR46 at UCSF) I had to switch from
Nubeqa
(darolutamide) to enzalutamide. Previously on abiraterone. Did really well on both medications. Now 4 months on enzalutamide and my 5th research infusion, I'm experiencing some side effects.

And been on ADT and
Nubeqa
(daroludimide) for the last couple of years. Had chemo a year ago November. I have two spots in Lymph chest. My PSA is non detectable. I’m 62 years old. Going on 6 years since diagnosis. Originally Gleason 9 and PSA was 69 back then. Had Surgery radiation. Etc.

PALB2 genetic defect-Lynparza
Just completed six cycles of Taxotere as part of triple therapy (chemo,
Nubeqa
and ADT) for about 20 Mets (PSMA scan) mostly skeletal (no organs). Only four Mets still lit up on PSMA scan after four cycles of chemo/Lupron/
Nubeqa
. Next PSMA scan in Jan. 2024.

Well, three years in…..
PSA can move up and down quickly. went up 10 points in a week went down 33 points in a month, without treatment. i went from NED of disease to PSA of 28.5 in six months. it’s a spunky little bastard. sorta like me, it seems. hence the name FulThrotl current regimen at UCLA: ADT - lupron +

Successful Pluvicto Treatment
I will continue, for now, Lupron and
Nubeqa
. Since Pluvicto appeared to be my last and best hope to push my PCa back, I feel extremely grateful about these results.

happy holidays …. And a quick update
Hard to say whether just ADT plus
Nubeqa
would’ve given the same result, but so far I’m grateful for the triplet therapy, including the chemo and SBRT. Embark studies and results seem to confirm intensification for situations like mine.
