Noriday

Hi has anyone tried Noriday mini pill and how did you get on with it? I’m still having heavy periods each month on the Desogestrel/Cerazette and wondering if it’s worth trying Noriday. I’ve tried the Depo injections, Norgeston too.

Has anyone tried Noriday and did it help endo symptoms and the bleeding? Thanks

I asked him does he give anything to prevent reoccurrence after surgery and he has recommended Noriday. If anyone has any experience with Noriday or other ways to prevent regrowth please could you advise. Thank you so much 🌹

Hi everyone, I had surgery last may and since then I tried noriday for about 8months then desogestral for around 4 months. I felt neither helped. I was still bleeding quite frequently and longer although not as heavy and mentally didn’t feel myself. So I stopped.

anyone have experience with the nori day contraceptive pill ?

I had been on noriday for 8 months will basically no problems. This month, I started my period and it just didnt stop. I went to my GP who switched me over to Desogestrel and told me to take 2 a day as this pill is more reliable, and this will stop my bleeding.

Now back home we are hoping her pain will settle and the noriday will help. She remains in a lot of pain and is very low. I am at a loss at how she can continue to be treated so badly.

Hi Everyone, I've been offered medication as an alternative to the mini pill as I've tried Noriday which caused floods, and Desogestrel makes me bleed constantly. Norethisterone and Provera have been mentioned but I don't know which one to go on.

For those that have tried noriday, how long did it take to settle? Did bleeding eventually stop and mood settle? Thanks

But my consultant has recommended me to get a coil fitted I have read first time experiences on here about the coil and decided not to go for the coil So they said to double the dose of the Noriday pill to save me from having painful periods however I have woken up this morning and my urine was red.

I’ve been taking Noriday mini pill for years and had nothing but all of a sudden after 2 years im getting on and off bleeding. I just want to know if this is normal? I’m worried it could be a sign of something more serious?

I am 22 and I am currently taking Noriday pill to make my periods stop however I still bleed and get tummy pain, the gyno said if I'm on that pill I shouldn't be in pain at all, he also said that he doesn't want to do surgery right away and the best thing would be these injections.

Lastly, I've now changed my pill to Norgeston due to mood changes with Noriday and it's causing me to have 2 week cycles with spotting - at least I'm hoping it's norgeston that's causing it, and not another issue with the HPV and perhaps now abnormal cells. As you can tell - my mind is haywire!

I’m currently using Noriday and have been for years but all of a sudden it’s causing non stop spotting. Ive also tried desogestrel and this also makes me constantly bleed. Does anyone know of a mini pill that doesn’t cause bleeding constantly?? I feel like I’m running out of options!

Hi there I just wondered if anyone else has ever experienced what I have with Noriday mini pill, or any contraceptive pill for that matter. I began taking Noriday mini pill over 2 years ago now and for those 2 years I had no periods or spotting what so ever.

Hi, Haven’t posted here in a while as I’ve been doing well for a year now since I’ve started on Noriday (Progesterone Only) Contraceptive Pill. I had a routine internal ultrasound on Wed where she spotted a polyp in my uterus and a 2cm cyst on my ovary.

The mini pill I usually take (Noriday) is currently not stocked anywhere because of manufacturing issues so I have had to change to a new pill which is not agreeing with me. I have had this pill before and it causes major mood swings, depression and constant bleeding/discoloured discharge.

I been put on Noriday, can anyone tell me what your views are on this pill? Any views on cerzette? I have no pain what's so ever since surgery so would you say I should just stop any form of contraceptive pill?
