Pivot. And pivot again. Scheduled for Pluvicto on 8/25 at Banner Gateway in Gilbert, AZ
#25 & #26 having carboplatin and
neulasta
added to the mix. PSA has been climbing about 10 points at each 3 week appointment reading at 108.5 at our last appointment. We've been going back and forth between treatment decisions wanting Pluvicto and starting Xofigo.

How important is Neulasta after chemo?
Got my 1st Decetaxel chemo yesterday & problems with insurance covering
Neulasta
, which they wanted me to take. So last message I get was $4000 to buy at pharmacy and not too worry for this time & will get insurance settled for next ones.

Lu-PSMA-J591 Follow Up 8 Weeks Out.
Will discuss
Neulasta
with MO. My energy is great. I just rode 23 consecutive days on my motorcycle around Western Canada with daily short hikes. Though I definitely could feel strength drop off from the castrate T the last two weeks.

Metastatic ovarian to 2 lymph nodes
So now I'm on a chemo cocktail of Avastin, Carbo, and gemzar for 1 day and a week later I'm on gemzar alone with the
neulasta
the following day with the obi. I had 3 cycles and 1 lymph node is clear now and the other diminished by 50%.

Neutropenic fever
After a few days of IV antibiotics, he was discharged and feels great, no focal source of infection found He had his 4th dose of carbazitaxel/carboplatin with
Neulasta
on 3/23, so this developed day 9 of his cycle. He tolerated the first 3 great.

PS - While I am being treated with
Neulasta
to successfully improve my white blood cell count, my red blood cell count continues to be below normal levels at 3.2, hematocrit at 29.6, and hemoglobin at 10.0. Suggestions?

He had one shot of
neulasta
quite a while ago and ended up with a fever. For those of you on chemo do you use
Neulasta
or do you just do the chemo itself?

Prednisone dosage with Taxotere?
He has been given a drug for nausea but
Neulasta
hasn’t been mentioned. Seems that
Neulasta
may have its own risks. Experiences or comments much appreciated. I also have some dexamethosone on hand. Is that still recommended a few days before and after chemo?

Treatment update... Back on the chemo
And
Neulasta
... Age 59... Stage 4 Gleason 9 BRCA2 positive. Changed from CS to CR... resistant instead of sensitive somewhere in the last six months. Lynparza (Oliperab) was working great for 4 months, until Nov 2021.

1st round Jevtana/Carboplatin chemo treatment completed.
Neulasta
treatment during chemo has boosted white blood cell count. Red blood cell count still below normal, but stable. Overall, very happy with the results so far. Hoping it continues for a long time. 😀👍🍻

Well...on the Day After my first Chemo with Cabazitaxel...1/2 dosage every 3 weeks. I felt GREAT yesterday after it...
My
Neulasta
Onpro went off at 6 pm tonight...and even then...(I'm taking Claritin) I am still feeling great all day. I do have incredible dry mouth and my taste is off. I tried sucking on ice a little. I also put ice on toes and fingernails. My latest PSA has jumped from 699 to appx 850.

Neulasta troubles
This last time he ordered
Neulasta
in the little box that you wear home. I had
Neulasta
shots during my initial round of chemo 15 years ago, but I don't recall it hitting me as hard as it has this go round. In addition to the bone pain, I've had mild tachycardia, fatigue, and nausea.

Neulasta
He told me that my treating Oncologist should be giving me
Neulasta
because my neutrophils do not go back into range for three weeks after my last Ibrance. So I’m basically three weeks on then three weeks off. Does anyone else get a
Neulasta
injection during their off week?
