STARTING 4th CYCLE OF NX-2127 TRIAL

Here's an update from my newest clinical trial, Nurex-2127. This first phase is the dose finding part. I started on 300mg, the max amount at the time. Things started off well, but after three weeks, my anc dropped to 1.0, the study requires 1.5 or higher. I found myself off of the study until I got back to 1.5. Thats hard to do when you can't have a booster during cycle 1 and the drug itself drops your anc. With an adverse event to another patient, the sponsor dropped all dosing to 100mg. I was lucky to get back in again, now at the 100mg daily level. Doing well, blood results are in the normal range: starting numbers November 1, 2021 hgb 8.9 anc 1.4 wbc 3.2 plat 110 IgG 427 Feb 7th 2022 hgb 13.2 anc 2.7 wbc 8.4 plat 160 IgG 719. Even my spleen, which was almost 2 cm enlarged, is normal size, this is the first time in 13 years my platelets are normal, they ran in the 80's forever. My abs lymp were 6.8 on 12-18-2021 now 4.2. Prior treatment update; 2010 FCR, 2015 Ibrutinib, 2018 Venclexta, 2020 Loxo-305, 2021 NX-2127. I started off well on these CLL drugs, but every time the wheels always come off.

Update; I was allowed to recieve a shot of neulasta and one of neuprogen to get me going again.

Good to hear your improved blood counts on a BTK degrader treatment, the first in our community to report their experiences on this novel therapy. I hope the wheels stay on this time. 😊

You must be thrilled at your platelet recovery!! I'm rather interested in your IgG improvement. Have you had any IgG infusions?

You've had such an interesting treatment history, I wonder if you would mind summarising it in your profile via this link? healthunlocked.com/profile/...

Thanks,

Neil

Hi Neil, nope nothing for my IgG, it has been on the low end for a long time too. I too am amazed on how some of these values have just shot right up. It's making me think the tests are skewed, not really. But I will take it. Thank you for all of your time and effort donated to this site, Much appreciation. I will post all of my prior treatments on a timeline on my profile.
