Yellowish dry skin peeling off the penis head after circumcision

Day 12 after operation Yellow dry skin peeling off my penis head. Applying neosporin ointment 2-3 times a day. Is it normal that skin dries off the penis or is this infection? Help

I'm on day 13 and notice yellow under my gland this am,they say its normal..keep healing buddy
