Prednisolne
Had an asthma attack at the weekend as i could not dress or walk or do anything without breathing being out of control. Took extra nebs and eventually 8x 5mg prednisolone. This now day 3 and feeling better. Does anyone know how long you can take them for without reducing dose. Many thanks

Salt Spa
My daughter has been using sodium chloride through her
nebulizer
for many years. However, we have recently discovered a local salt spa. There is not a lot of research out there, but my daughter has had positive results from the times we have visited the spa.

Muscles burning and breathless
The reason I'm here is I'm looking for information on using hydrogen peroxide, DMSO, and/or Colloidal silver in a
nebulizer
. I've read of a remedy using H2O2 in an empty nasal sprayer orally inhaling the mist but it just ends up in the back of my mouth.

Colloidal silver.
I have begun to add three drops of colloidal silver (45 parts per million) in my morning and evening nebuliser. I am hoping this will prevent bacterial infections from starting in my lungs. Will this work? Or am I doing more damage than cure?

Amazon
I also bought a
nebulizer
for nearly ÂŁ60 again from Amazon. This does the job well as the nhs don't provide them but as I needed the paramedics to come round with one it was much easier to have my own for future use.
