Lost my only son 20 years ago to asthma. I use meditation to help me.

Hi, I'm sorry things are tough, I too have bipolar and severe asthma, I had a manic episode triggered by prednisolone and I now take hydrocortisone instead as it is a kinder steroid for the mood. Have you got any support for the bipolar, a CPN or supportive friends and family? I find my mental health is very much triggered by and dependent upon my physical health. I hope things work out for you,
Hi kaleidoscope girl -4 am here coughing and coughing now I know how my son Matt must have had. Felt he was 20 when he passed. It is 20 years come june. He waa of suicide but did live for 10 days. Stopped treating his asthma. He was a very asthmatic. I have great respect with anyone with asthma.
Yes I have support with my bi polar on Fri go for pulmonary functions.
