Will Medicare cover Lupron injections under part B as it is not self administered (as opposed to pills)? If so how much will they cover (with a supplement plan). Regarding Orgovyx, since it is a pill and not an injection will it be covered under Medicare part D drug coverage? and if so do all of the

Hashi's & Menopause/HRT - weight loss help!
Hi all, I have Hashimoto's and have been on levo 75mg with combined HRT (oestrogen patch and progesterone pill) for a few years. Had a total hysterectomy almost 2 years ago, but they left my ovaries, due to extensive endo, adenomyosis and fibroids. But I have literally been stuck in limbo since then

Thinner lining on transfer day
Hello everyone, I’d really appreciate your experiences. I’ve had a FET today on a natural cycle. 7 days ago my lining was 11.4mm and today for the transfer it was 7.2mm. Has anyone else seen a drop off like this? I asked the doctor and she said it could be that the lining has compacted and that above

Long survivors with ADT + Xtandi (Enzulatamide)
5 years after RPE and RT my PSA is rising again. I am advised to start ADT + Xtandi. Who are longest still on this combination without getting castration resistant?

Anyone with PSP-PAGF
I am from India and new to this association. My husband age 69 was diagnosed (mis?) as Parkinson's patient in 2019. He was having speech issues and slow movements Last month, he started freezing and can only walk with baby steps. Consulted a movement disorder specialist who diagnosed it as PSP-PAGF.

HER2 and ER positive breast cancer
I tripped over in the garden and fractured 2 ribs; while in hospital scans showed lesions; was referred to breast clinic and the cancer was found. I was originally scheduled for a lumpectomy but they found the HER2 & ER positive, so now chemo and targeted therapy followed by surgery and radiotherapy.

Assessment tomorrow morning
I've got my autism assessment tomorrow morning and my mum has her part about me on a separate day this week. I'm so so scared and nervous and just don't like the unknown. But also I'm not sure how I want the result to go. Because if I am it's for life with no treatment or suport really But if I'm not

SIB/Flame Protocol
The RO recommends Simultaneous Integrated Boost (SIB) as part of my treatment. PSA was 19.76 (4/2023), then 21.78 (5/2023 to confirm initial PSA). He is concerned that the PSA does not match the Gleason score (4+3, grade 3) as PSA has surpassed 20. Multiplanar MRI and PSMA PET indicated no metastasis
