What is the best magnesium to try?

I haven't tried magnesium yet. I had a really good couple of weeks after starting to do jaw exercises and listened to some music therapy. Then I had an emotional weekend so have been upset and a bit stressed, followed by loud events at the football and in super cars and the loudness is back to its usual self. I got to the point of this level really isn't so bad, my mood and mental health improved massively.

I have put off getting a night guard for teeth grinding for now due to the positive couple of weeks I had. I may have to try this but have been wanting to try magnesium for a while. Which would be the best sort?

Context... My hearing is fine, my ears seem to pop a lot at random times, they itch a fair bit. I've not had any diagnosis but feel it could be ETD or a bruxism issue. I'm chasing ENT from my last appointment to try and speak to an audiologist.

I have an MRI scan on Wednesday.

Thanks :)

Hello I have been using pure magnesium spray for my tinnitus at night I rub a small amount at the back of my ears not sure yet if it will help but I definitely get a better night’s sleep so in the long term it might help.
