Insomnia add CBD oil
CBD oil acts on different receptors than Opioids and THC . If you are taking low dose CBD with THC or medical marijuana and you still suffer insomnia add extra pure CBD oil. If you suffer from opioid insomnia add PURE CBD OIL always sublingual it has some many health benefits a great nights sleep

PSMA PET/CT study from Renal and Urology News
In a study of 207 patients with a median age of 62 years who underwent 68Ga-PSMA PET/CT, investigators found that PSA levels and time to BCR at the time of PSMA PET/CT affect the probability of positive findings at PSMA PET. Among men with early recurrence or PSA persistence after RP, the study showed

Third episode of persistent AF in 6 months
I had a successful cardioversion on Christmas eve and then another one just 4 weeks ago. Gutted because I went into persistent AF again yesterday. I take Edoxaban and have tried to take Flecainide but it makes me dizzy and very sick. I tried the "pill in pocket " yesterday but it did not work.

Pacemaker risky
I wonder if anyone else out there has had a double mastectomy? I qualify for a pacemaker (ef 38) but my Cardiologist thinks it’s a bit dodgy as I have no lymph glands under my arms now. The risk is infection. Since I haven’t seen my Cardiologist for 3 years because of Covid I suppose he can’t be too

appendix removal for BOTs
has anyone else had a complete radical hysterectomy after a 20cm MBOT and no mention of removal of appendix? It just occurred to me when doing some research that most people mention removal of appendix when they remove the cyst, my cyst was removed in 2019 and now I have had radical hysterectomy but

Tamoxifen - side effects
Hi, I had a single mastectomy in Feb 2022. I started Tamoxifen about 17 days ago. So far hot sweats. Most people I speak to don't have many side effects. i have lots of visits to the loo but no major diarrhoea. I wondered how others have got on and if and when side effects settled. I have IBS and

considering Treatment Options
I am a 61 year old man of otherwise good health. In December 2022 my PSA came back at around 10. Since then I have had 2 other PSAs, one at 9.4 and one at 11. My Gleason is 6. My prostate is only modestly enlarged (about 30%). I am only having minor symptoms, and frankly could live with these for the

Scan result delay
Afternoon all, I am currently NED after being diagnosed with mbc in April 2020, have had a right mastectomy and elective left mastectomy. My question is are any of you in the UK suffering scan reporting delays? I had my 3 monthly scan on 9th June, results are still not back and indeed won’t be til 29th

Post microTESE wait
Hi everyone, I’m about to join you all on this rollercoaster (or perhaps I already have) - my husband and I are pursuing fertility treatment where we live in France and are at the point where he has had a microTESE for sperm extraction. We managed to get 6 straws which I am pleased with considering

Catch 22 - Hormone sensitive but can't tolerate hormone therapy
This is related to my posts about Lupron giving me intolerable and treatment resistant depression. The Lupron did work so far as bringing my PSA down to essentially zero which should mean it is suppressing the cancer. It is the front line SOC (Standard of Care) - FDA approved, proven in practice, etc

Good news to share!
After radical prostatectomy, chemo clinical trial, and radiation during 2001-2002, I watched my psa do its long slow climb. I began Lupron injections about five years ago. The number dropped to about 0.84, then began another long slow climb. After a PSMA PET scan revealed that there were "no distant

Why not start therapy the moment you know you have PC?
I've often wondering why know hormone therapy was given until I blew my PSA out of the water 14 weeks after the Radical Prostatectomy. 1) I found out I had cancer in later Feb 2020 2) I met with a urologist/surgeon on March 13, he recommended Robotic 3) I meet with the Robotic Surgeon on March

IP6 + Inositol seems to be working for me.
After battling PCa for nearly 19 years with disappointments galore, I may now have found something with positive results. I had radical prostatectomy in August 2003 (Gleason: 4+3) which was followed by a very gradual PSA rise over 11 years. I had conventional treatments (salvage radiation, spot radiation
