Worried about persistent HPV
I don't have any bleeding because I've got the
Mirena
coil and it's stopped my periods (I am still experiencing hormonal fluctuations and associated symptoms though). I'm worried that the colposcopy consultant got it wrong and I should have been retested. Has anyone experienced persistent HPV.

Had my lap today.
Had endometrial ablation and
mirena
. Turns out I was absolutely riddled with endo but strangely my bowel lesions were minor. I have very few pain symptoms for the degree of severity (stage IV) anyway just crazy periods and bloating. I don't have much shoulder pain, just a little in my left.

HRT / zolodex / hormone treatment help
Hi all. I posted recently about my concerns regarding zolodex etc. I think my only next steps is a complete hysterectomy due to my issues. HOWEVER. That being said, everyone seems to manage better withHRT and I'm looking to speak with people who have never been able to tolerate any form of hormone treatment

Hysterectomy, Oophorectomy or neither?
Several laps later,
mirena
, decapeptyl treatment last year & yet here I am back to square 1 but now perimenopausal for real & in a dilemma. Have a 5cm endometrioma on left ovary with I am presuming extensive regrowth of all endometriosis lesions so in pain 24/7.

Bowel endo surgery
I also had
mirena
fitted at the same time and discharged straight after the surgery. Although there was improvements to my symptoms, the pain had not resolved so i was referred back to the endo clinic.

Hashimotos and which contraception?
Mirena
coil seems to be similar to mini pill and both scare me in terms of adding to my acne and mood swing issues Copper iud apparently can flare up hashimotos / Can really deplete zinc stores and cause heavy periods - i am an anemic But, I am starting to believe this is the best option?

Could my endometriosis be back?
I had
mirena
fitted in December 2018. No immediate fix - years of investigations took its toll and I also started low dose antidepressants.

coil advice
I am hoping that the
mirena
coil could help by possibly reducing or stopping my periods (when my headaches are at their worst) One attempt to insert the coil at my GP surgery was traumatic and unsuccessful.

PCOS vs Hashimostos
Since this blood test I had the
Mirena
IUS progersterone coil to deal with my too frequent periods and spotting. If you got this far, thank you for reading and any suggestions greatly received.

Mirena coil
My consultant suggested I can consider
Mirena
coil, as I am not planning to be pregnant. Anyone had experiences of it? or any advice about that? Thanks.

1 week post-laparoscopy
A
mirena
coil was fitted. I was told they will do a biopsy, I understand that is a routine requirement, but I'm a bit scared as I haven't been told much. I don't know where the endo was found or what type it is, where was removed from or how much there is.

Mirena
Coil which worked well for 10 years, still had 7 day periods but lighter and no pain.
