Help! Constant bleeding!!
Hi, I'm suffering terribly, diagnosed a couple of years ago and I've had a
mirena
coil fitted, hrt analogue injections, which I could only have for 6 months due to the damage they can do. I'm constantly bleeding, nothing seems to stop it and I'm in pain many days.

A little hello
I've had 4 Laparoscopy's (last one quite severe, where one of my ovaries was attaching to my bowel), been on the combi pill, had 6 months worth of Zoladex injections and in my second year now of having a
Mirena
coil. ...as you can imagine, my hormones are ALL OVER THE PLACE!

Adenomyosis diagnosis
I feel I was railroaded into having the
Mirena
coil, and feel that I am being dismissed when discussing what I believe are side effects of Adenomyosis.

I’m currently having investigations into Endo-sorry long post but need some advice or any reassurance:)
When I had the
mirena
put in, I had no problems really, for the first year.

Mirena coil
My mum has dealt with bad pms in the past and she took the
mirena
so I'm going to try it. There is a lot of horror stories on line and I wanted to know if anyone with CFS have had a good experience on it? What are my other choices?

Rectocele and laparoscopy
I already have a
mirena
coil and this has stopped me having a normal period but I still get a decent amount of pain and spotting every month. For the last 6 months I've been having post coital bleeding and I also get thrush every 3 weeks at least. I'm fed up!

Mirena coil during laparoscopy
Hey everyone, I’ve just been for my pre op appointment all went well but I asked the nurse wether I could have my copper coil taken out and replaced with a
Mirena
during surgery and he said I’d have to speak to the surgeon about it on the day of surgery.

potential endo, no confirmed diagnosis.
to take it right back I have been experiencing numerous gynaecological issues for around 7 years now following my first C-Section. Extreme bloating, heavy periods but not painful and also periods that last a long time with darker/old blood. Fluctuating from constipation and diarrhoea. I have been given

I had a laparoscopy & ablation, then a
mirena
coil fitted. Honestly it has just been a case of dealing with different and more extreme symptons i wouldnt say any of it has helped.

Happy moms day
To the moms (and all the people acting as mom)I hope you day and the year finds you as well as possible. I’m now using both needles in my graft and they didn’t hurt Sat with no numbing cream. Given all the issues I’ve had I hope anyone scared or not liking needles takes my experience and does well also

Really bad thigh pains
I've been bleeding continuously for about 2 weeks, so the pelvic pain has ramped up again, despite having the
mirena
coil. The front of my thighs are killing me. Stabbing pains, that are waking me up in the night. I have had them before, but not this bad. The thighs are worse than the pelvic pain.

Mirena Coil Side Effects
I had the
mirena
coil fitted 6 months ago. 10 days after the coil was fitted I contacted my GP complaining of severe shoulder pain. I am still in agony most days, and nights are the worst. I am getting by on anywhere between 0-3 hours sleep due to being so uncomfortable in pain.

Starting to consider hormonal treatment.. advice?
I had my
Mirena
coil taken out two years ago when I was diagnosed as it was not sitting properly due to the shape of my uterus - the coil doesn't work well for me and causes more pain. My partner and I had also decided to start trying for a baby so I didn't pursue any hormonal options.

Feeling lost and confused
He advised me to get the
mirena
coil and if that didn't ease symptoms to get the laparoscopic surgery. I'm absolutely terrified of getting the coil though. I've struggled with my mental health my whole life, and after years of therapy I'm finally in a good place.
