SBRT to broken rib
Hi all, So, because the latest break to my rib was in a brand new place where there weren't lesions before, my Onc said that it could be a new lesion, which means that the Ibrance and Letrozole isn't working anymore. This along with the loss of Barb and Nancy have caused me to rethink my plans to continue

Hi all....I was diagnosed with lobular breast cancer in 2006, and with ILC bone Mets in 2020. Been doing well on ibrance, letrozole and xgeva and my 3 month scans are in 1 week. Yesterday on 2 occasions my left leg had an acute pain episode, like it was being stabbed ( not that I know what that is like

My mother Irina
Hi all, My name is Roman and I'm from Melbourne Australia. I haven't posted much but have followed the forum since my mum being diagnosed with stage 3 high grade serious ovarian cancer in 2017. I think I've read every post since joining and feel as though I know many of the ladies on here. I can't tell

Late ovulation on ovulation induction medication?
Hi everyone, I'm in my first month of ovulation induction medication (Clomid or Letrozole which is unknown due to a study I'm participating in). I had the follicle tracking scan on cycle day 13 and I had 2 follicles at around 17.7mm and was told I'd ovulate in the next 24-48 hours. On my home ovulation

Exemestane and Everolimus
Hi Ladies, I hope everything is calm with you all. This is a follow up to my last post and it would be great to know of side effects any of you have had being on this combination. As you know my medication of Pablociclib and Letrozole has stopped working now and I have a couple of new shadows showing

Treatments after the failure or Ibrance
What was your next course of treatment when the Ibrance quit working or did not work? I was on 125 mg for about 4 and 1/2 years along with letrozole and it has finally stopped working. I know that was a long time so i am anxious to know whats next. Had a CT Scan today. Will speak to the doctor sometime

Endometriosis and repeated Implantation failure
Hi everyone, I have t posted on here for a while as needed to take some time out after three failed IVF cycles. Husband and I have been together 17 years. In all that time we have never had BFP. Been actively trying for 4 years and despite 5 months of letrozole and 3 FETs, nothing. All embryos transferred

Metronomic Dosing of Xeloda (capecitabine) (cape) is working for now
My first line of treatment for bone only MBC was Kisqali and Letrozole for almost two years. I was NED for much of that time but then had mets to the peritoneal area. Started cape in Nov of 2020 at 4000 mg per day, 2 weeks on then a week off. That was way too much for my body as I had extreme fatigue

Testing if I am post menopausal
I was DX in august 2017 with primary BC er/pr positive and HERS negative. In August 2018 I had my MBC DX and went on to zoladex monthly / letrozole and Ibrance. All stable scans. And considerable decrease. The ONC suggested I stop zoladex and letrozole for 5 weeks to do a blood test to see if I am post

When to take letrozole?
I started taking letrozole right before bedtime several weeks ago. I did this to avoid the dizziness that I had been sometimes during the day. But now I’m having hot flashes just about every night. Thinking I’ll go back to taking it in the morning when I get up. Would really appreciate your thoughts

Evista to prevent recurrence of IDC?
I am 4 months after bilateral mastectomy for invasive ductal carcinoma (IDC). Have had 25 radiation treatments. Now considering Letrozole vs Tamoxifen vs Evista. Don't like the side effects of Letrozole or Tamoxifen. I favor Evista due to recent diagnosis of osteopenia. Has anyone else had experience

Mouth Ulcer relief!
I just want to share that I have found a few things that have brought me some significant relief as I deal with mouth ulcers on my lips, tongue and gums. I found a mouthwash at Natural Grocers called Miracle Mouthwash. It it manufactured by "Uncle Harry's Natural Products" and claims to be non-toxic,
