How much is too much?
In a recent discussion I mentioned that I'd previously been using 2500mcg of sublingual
methylcobalamin
garden of life spray per day albeit in divided doses. It was suggested that this was too much by a commentator which now has me somewhat confused as others mention taking far higher doses.

Had my bloods taken a week ago as I have been feeling pants since before Christmas, ahead of a telephone appointment with my new gp next Monday - old one left the practice. Called into the surgery to get the results this pm to be told they would be discussed Monday. First hackle up! Explained that given

B12 /folate supplementation confusion
Okay so I found the Solgar, Sublingual
Methylcobalamin
, 5000 mcg nuggets but I did notice a few mention problems with teeth enamel which I can't afford to mess with. can you get the spray in same strength as would prefer it quicker than sucking for ages??

Help with blood tests results please.
I presumed it was because in 2009 I had various treatments for the ME, including high doses of B12 (
Methylcobalamin
25mg intramuscularly weekly x 10). However now I’m wondering why it is still so high and what is the reason/significance? I plan to ask the PA forum for advice.

Worried - Problems Reading/mild Dyslexia-like symptoms?
I'm really worried about this because I still don't know for sure if it could be a problem with B12 deficiency or something a lot worse. I've been taking monthly cyano injections as well as Jarrow methyl-B12 daily, but this issue specifically doesn't seem to be improving much. To elaborate, since a

Blood tests after supplementing B12?
I have been supplementing with Jarrow 5000 mcg
Methylcobalamin
plus Thorne Research's B complex for nearly a year now and noticed a marked improvement in my symptoms, however I feel I am "not quite there yet".

I Seem To Have 90% Cured Myself After Having Asthma/Eczema From Birth 47yrs Ago. The last 10% I think Is In My Mind.
I take 1000ug Vitamin B12
Methylcobalamin
and Turmeric/Cucumin/Black Pepper each day along with a single Brazil Nut. So a year later my asthma has essentially gone, frosty days, yeast in beer, hard exercise even cats no longer hold any fear for me.

B12 Deficiency - A lot more to it than you think
This includes the fact that ALS International are recommending to their patients (and have done for several years) that
methylcobalamin
is injected in massive amounts on a daily basis. In the UK we call ALS motor neurone.

Question re further tests to be carried out by GP
At the PAS conference it was suggested by one of the speakers that I try introducing
Methylcobalamin
into my regime substituting it for some of my daily Hydroxocobalamin injections since I have various neurological problems and also extreme heat intolerance.

Advanced dementia & B12 deficiency
I started daily sublingual
methylcobalamin
5-45mg (yes, milligrams, although I don't do more than 10mg/day now). Within the first 15 minutes of my first dose, I felt tingling throughout my body. My energy is HUGELY returning and I'm minding my folate & potassium.

Eyes burning on sublingual methyl b12?
Over the last few days I've definitely felt a bit worse. I've had a few of my earlier symptoms return where I've been more fatigued, anxious and noise bothers me. A new thing however is my eyes feel like they're burning a bit (I've had fizzing feelings before but not burning). My skin mainly on my legs
