Need Help Please
Recently I got
Methylcobalamin
10ml but it’s $200 so I’m only using it twice per week and the only other option is cyano shots. I’m just so scared right now and any thoughts would be appreciated. I too in the beginning was treated like an idiot until I finally fought for myself three yrs ago.

B12 and anxiety
I also take
methylcobalamin
and B complex drops but only three times a week. I was also taking daily supplements for iron, vitamin D and magnesium but gradually stepping these down to only three times a week.

Clunking, Fading and Sleep
This is written from the perspective of having experienced life long B12 deficiency and injecting 5+- times a day consistently for the last 5 weeks. 1 mg
methylcobalamin
and .25 mg hydroxocobalamin with 6 mg adenosylcobalamin SL. Which lead to consistent improvement weekly.

I am now able to tolerate antibiotics again after my nerves healed
-
I took
5000 mcg a day but now down to 2000 mcg (I absorb b12 very well so I only used supplements to heal).

Recent blood test – Why do I feel so tired?
Hello, Please could you have a look at my recent blood test results and tell me what could be the cause of my constant tiredness? I find it hard to get out of bed in the morning and often wake up with brain fog. I often wake up during the night to pee. I often feel the need to fall asleep in the afternoon

Regulating speed of healing
I due to sourcing delays tried a trial of only
methylcobalamin
. This felt like I was healing to fast and my body was in distress trying to keep up. I went back to the two forms and things leveled out in about three days. An upper limit of healing just as the 5K was.

Question about B12 injections with MTHFR mutations
Hello all,A quick question from a newbie to the forum : Do b12 injections need to be in the
methylcobalamin
form for them to work if you have the MTHFR and related gene mutations? Or is this not necessary? Thank you.

Update
I did a trial a couple of years ago with
methylcobalamin
for 120 days. I have come to understand that trial was 1mg a day and so not in conformance with my current understanding and will factor that in as I design a new trial.

Hydroxo-B12 in the US?
Is it possible to source shelf-stable hydroxocobalamin in the United States? I self-inject EOD with methyl-B12, but it needs to be refrigerated and is a hassle for any serious travel. My compounding pharmacy can also do hydroxo, but again, requires refrigeration. I'm looking for options but seems like

Sublingual suplimentation.
Adenosylcobalamin I did not change this intake as I have established to my satisfaction that
Methylcobalamin
need to be taken together. I would have eliminated it had I not needed
Methylcobalamin
. Hydroxocobalamin eliminating this caused my mucusy and starving for air to return.

My evaluation of which form of B12 is best.
I did not experience much improvement with injecting
Methylcobalamin
I did with injecting
Methylcobalamin
and SL Adenosylcobalamin. I accept that some people experience improvement for years, up to 8. I do not except this has to be the only way just because no one has tried any thing different.
