Feeling worse after B12 shots
Hello! I’ve started a series of weekly 1mg methyl B12 shots, and none of my symptoms have improved. I just had my 2nd shot this morning. I find I still have issues with stumbling, clumsiness, vision, pins + needles, dry mouth + eyes, tinnitus, muscle pain, and digestive issues. I notice that the tinnitus

Do I ask for more?
I have been taking a Bioactive liquid
Methylcobalamin
-Adenosylcobalamin supplement for 12 days now: 2500mcg for 7 days & 5000mcg for 5 days. I do not feel any better at this point. My Dr. did not test for intrinsic factor and did not speak about P/A.

Debilitated by physical and mental health issues: advice needed on how to self-inject B12...
Methylcobalamin
, Hydroxocobalamin or Cyanocobalamin? There seem to be varying recommendations depending on the source.

B12 Levels Plummeting
I also tried cyanocobalamin tablets and
methylcobalamin
tablets again, but you can see by the numbers above, it is not working. Either I am not absorbing all of a sudden or burning through B12 at a rapid pace. Likely, a little of both. What do you think is happening here?

Absorption issues?
This was post 10 jabs of
methylcobalamin
of 1500 mcg each. Now, he asked me to continue on tablets of 1500 mcg along with few other vitamins for couple of months. I took a tablet everyday for 60 days and then got my levels checked to make sure that I do NOT have absorption issues.

Small red patch after B12 Methylcobalamin injection
Hi everyone I’ve been injecting b12
Methylcobalamin
on the outside of my thigh for two weeks now using TERUMO AGANI NEEDLE 30G YELLOW X 0.5" X 100. I have noticed that after 10mins from injecting I have a small red patch from colour of
Methylcobalamin
. Is this normal? Do I need longer needles?

Feeling tired after consuming L-Methyl-folate
I've been supplementing for the past two months the
methylcobalamin
and have seen improvements, although I've still got quite a way to go (symptoms included foggy thinking, hyperpigmentation, forgetting things, cystic acne etc).

Next Steps and Recovery Outlook
I started on Cyancobalamin through my doctor (daily for a week, then 1/wk for a month) then, having read a lot more about the condition, I switched to
Methylcobalamin
and have been on twice a week shots on my own, and will continue that until my symptoms stop improving.

Vitamin D and B12 advice please.
I currently take Metabolics B complex (just one daily) and also their liquid B12 (
methylcobalamin
) which I have been using sublingually. This amounts to about 420mcg daily. Maybe I should just increase the dose? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

New Here. Seeking Advice or Insight.
This site and a good book taught me that not all B12 supplements are alike and I've now decided to take the sub-lingual
methylcobalamin
form of the vitamin at not 500 but 5000 mcgs. Amazingly, I began feeling better after a few weeks.

B12 tablets, itch skin ?
I have re-introduced eggs into my diet, started taking 2 x 500MCG Jarrows B12
methylcobalamin
supplements, and one B-complex supplement (which also has another 900MCG
methylcobalamin
) - so that's a total of 1900MCG a day.

Which cobalamin should I buy??
Methylcobalamin
is more bioactive and can be given intramuscularly, intravenously, and intraarticularly. It is slightly painful to inject into the muscle. In my practice I also use
methylcobalamin
when I do Prolozone injections into joints and into subcutaneously (under the skin).
