Aching Joints - Cod Liver Oil supplement?
I am currently taking 100mcg Levothyroxine, 1000mcgs
methylcobalamin
, complete B complex, Vitamin D3 5000iu and vitamin K2 1000ug. I take my Levo at night and all other tablets in the morning. Would it be ok to add in cod liver oil? Any help would be appreciated.

B12 tablets and other medicines
I'm convinced my Dad who has PA is not getting enough B12 from his 12 weekly shot at the GP and so I gave him some of my B12 tablets 5000mcg
methylcobalamin
to try.

Is that normal to feel too much cold in pa and B12 deficiency?
These days after weather getting cold I feel too much cold and also catch cold. When I go outside I feel too much cold in my fingers and toes. Recently I tried mega dose of B12 timed release along with active form of folate and almost weekly cyanocobalamin injection and I think it works so good and fast

If I should inject ALL in glass vial?
BUT I'm trying to switch to
methylcobalamin
and when it came the box reads Vitaminquick reads 1000 Mcg 2 ML Each (500Mcg per ML) Does this mean that I should take half of what's in the glass vials or is it just 500Mcg per ML meaning to take all what's in there?

Self injecting Hydroxocobalamin subcutaneously
I originally planned to self inject
Methylcobalamin
subcutaneously, but I've been informed that the method/supply I was planning on using is not ideal. So - Plan B! I have obtained some Hydroxocobalamin 1mg/1ml ampoules and am hoping to use these instead.

Homocysteine after supplementation
I took 1mg sublingual
methylcobalamin
a day for two weeks, then ceased using it for two weeks before testing (poor planing on my end i know). Both serum b12 and homocysteine levels tested normal.

Methylcobalamin 5000mcg patches - do they work?
Hi, I have just got some B12 patches and would be interested to hear from anyone who has found these helpful. I have 6-weekly injections but when my life is very stressful they don't seem to work. I have had terrible breathlessness like my lungs are full of wool. I asked my GP for a blood test because

SI B12
I bought some from amazon.de but found out that it contains cyanide, I'd preferably want to use
methylcobalamin
or hydroxocobalamin, anyone know where to get it for a good rate (for long term use). Also supplies to inject? What needles and syringes should I use?

B12 and hot flushes
In between injections, I have been taking
methylcobalamin
tablets (1500mcg). A few months ago I started to get hot and red skin on the palms of my hands, upper arms, face, ears & sometimes my knees and feet. I had put this down to starting a new medication for migraine.
