Have you heard about DMF or maybe prescribed with it? Please share you experience about it. I wonder why it's 2023 and DMF is not specified in ALD/AMN treatments lists. I also use "winter green' (methyl salicylate) sports rub, with limited effect. Taking a couple of Ibuprofen and a co-codamol help too, but it's still very immobile and limits what I can do. Any suggestions are very welcome 😊

I changed from Dimethyl Fumarate to Vumerity. 1st day of Vumerity on 8/12. Just checking to see if anyone have done the change and how did everything go.
