Supplements while taking Accutane?
Hi I'm looking to get some advice I'm starting Accutane for my skin and I was wondering if anyone has taken it? I'm trying to research what supplements to take while on it (side affects can include higher cholesterol, inflamed liver) and I can't find much. If anyone has any ideas I'd really appreciate

I've been dealing with a lot of issues lately. I was just diagnosed with PTSD and I am hoping that I will meet others that are dealing with this issue as well as I am. I am looking for for maybe ideas on how others cope.

A tranquil mind. Worry-free work. Always enough money. The blessing of good health. How many of these things do you not have?
So we dig ourselves deeper into the midden of

ill health. But nobody beats anxiety

by doing more of the same that's making us ill. We need to make some changes around here and usually it's pretty obvious what they should be. Claire Weekes' teachings have been around for 60 years.

Introduction: I'm new here
Hi my name is Jay and I just wanted to introduce myself. My husband has vasculitus which has aggressively attacked his kidneys so he will need a kidney transplant once the condition is under control. At the moment he is on dialysis 3 times a week. We only found out how ill he was in November 2021 so

Ototoxic drugs
I was scrolling through some old posts looking for something about habituation. But what caught my eye was a post about ototoxic drugs - those medications which may have an adverse effect on T, specifically. Either currently or in the past I’ve been prescribed several of those mentioned and none of these

Sudden Panic Attacks After A Long Time
I haven't had panic attacks in the longest time (maybe about 2 to 3 months) and one suddenly hit me out of nowhere to go. Panic attack and depression
Everything was going great for the last 2 months but now I'm freaking out and down as he'll. It started with me reheating food in a Togo box for my wife and all the sudden she got really annoyed and just went on a cleaning rampage,I kept asking what was wrong and she said that she feels like we can't

Dipyridamole update
Down to 50mg of pregabalin a night. Sleeping better. Tics and twitches are almost nonexistent. Bad dreams have gone. My only concern now is, what are the long term effects? Is augmentation possible? Especially since I have no desire to stop taking Dipyridamole. BTW, I take 300mg (4 *

New BAT article
This is a 3 part article on Bipolar Androgen Therapy (BAT) which may be useful for anyone thinking about it. Its interesting that they (the Denmeade crew) are exploring combinations of BAT with other treatments and that they are also looking at seeing how far you can keep repeatably doing it (ie BAT-rechallenge
