Mastectomy

Oncologist is asking us whether we want breast conservative surgery or Mastectomy. They need to fix some metallic marker in case of BCS. I invite suggestions or pros and cons of both!

Although I was expecting this result It is still a bitter pill to swallow. Now the medical team will discuss my options. I may get to know their opinions in 5 days day. Went through the motions...chemo, gallbladder surgery, mastectomy on right with 6 of 24 lymphnodes positive with cancer, 32 rounds of radiation, TRAM Flap procedure with removal of left breast, and shots of zoledex to put me In menopause.
