Can B12 deficiency cause other diseases?
I am sure many of my symptoms are linked to frequent bowel obstructions and
malabsorption
syndrome. I am sorry this is so long but i am feeling so low and just desperate to find someone who can help to see the whole picture. Thanks Cezzie5

And I'm back...
Those same health issues that were eating away at me (
malabsorption
from IBS trying to destroy the lining of my gut) are under control and should get even better if I can get into shape. Today, I did W1R1 for what I hope is the last time.

FODMAP update
It's basically a diet that eliminates high fructose foods and may support those of us who have fructose
malabsorption
. Why did I do this? Well, I am already CD and lactose intolerant, but had noticed for a good 6 months that I was not myself.
