No wonder she has been so unwell she has....Low potassium Low Calcium Low
Magnesium
That looks like it is affecting the electrodrods in her heart. So she is being hooked up to heart monitor and a drip during the night.

Cracked it .... and then it came back !
Hi everyone, A while ago I posted about how my RLS had virtually gone following the use of vitamin B1, in addition to the usual
magnesium
. Fennel also appeared to help.

Potassium and Magnesium
Hello all, I was diagnosed with AF the other month (a few days after my 40th, what a lovely gift) and, like everyone else, went down the rabbit hole of doing my own research into it and found many people taking potassium and
magnesium
supplements.

Tired all the time
I take a lot of supplements (calcium, D3, folate, complex B,
magnesium
glycinate, heme iron),
the only value that was low was ferritin
but I do take iron. I also take Novothyral, which is 100 mcg T4 and 20 mcg T3.

Could it be B12 deficiency?
I also began taking 1200mcg B12 oral spray, B complex (no B12 or folate), D3 with K2 spray and 3 in 1
magnesium
. Initially I felt a bit better but have now slipped back so I am now wondering if I could have developed a B12 deficiency.

About Olanzapine
I tried
magnesium
as well and no screen time or using night filters for screen. I do not take any caffeine. I am 15 months pp and struggling with feeling low and depressed whatever I can call this. I also have intrusive thoughts which stopped for a while but now are back again.

vitamin B1 - added supplements
Hi, can anyone recommend good quality
Magnesium
and vitamin B complex supplements to take alongside vitamin B1? I live in the UK. There seems to be different types of
magnesium
and do I look for a B Complex that has a low amount of B6 (if that is possible). Would be grateful for any advice.

Ferritin level
I take .5mg of ropinirole at 7am, 12 noon, 5pm along with 480mg
magnesium
and at 8pm I take 1mg ropinirole along with 200 mg of gabapentin. I am having issues controling RLS and am unable to get more than a few hours of sleep and when they don't bother me it seems I have ensomnia.

proton pump inhibitors
It is a fact that taking Ptoton pump inhibitors can prevent the absorption of
Magnesium
,an essential element for Cardiac conductivity and can influence AF in susceptible patients,so really should be used with caution if you have AF.
