Magnesium CAUSING muscle cramps
Magnesium
taurate doesn't agree with me either yet I can take taurine in high doses and
magnesium
independently.
Magnesium
oxide is the only one that actually helps with my digestive constipation anyway.

Why do I feel so much better in the evening?
Am taking 5mg folinic acid daily, plus vitamin D3, K2, gentle iron 20mg EOD, and
magnesium
glycinate 200mg in the evening. My Ferritin was high and other iron good when I started injections.

Magnesium
+ B6 help. General multivitamins from different manufacturers every day, 1 pill, no matter what is a suggested daily intake. Right now I have 5 different brands of multivitamins on my shelf, taking a different pill every day.

Private blood results
I'll keep taking my Iron and
magnesium
. Have bought a B complex but it seems to have made me feel awful so going to get one with lower dosages. Looks like I'll need to add Vit D too. Can anyone explain the antibodies to me, please? I would be grateful for any other advice, too.

Cortisol help please
Been upping my folate/ B12/ vit D/
magnesium
over the last few months to make sure not them causing tiredness. The above saliva (free) cortisol results are from 2 months ago. At same time I did an 8am blood cortisol, which shows free and bound cortisol, as low at 206 (166-507).

Priorities at first appointment
I am taking
Magnesium
liquid but was wondering if there was a particular form that works best. I am also an endurance runner. It is a important for me and my mental health I am desperate not to give it up but I’m worried I will be told I have to do this first before any investigation.

Vitamins and Minerals - Good or Bad - What I've Recently Discovered
Anyway let's get to the punch line, about a week ago I stopped taking first CoQ10 and then a few days later
magnesium
glycinate. Guess what my body joint aches have completely gone.

Trying to follow a healthy lifestyle while on long term drug therapy
I take a high dose of vit D3 daily,
magnesium
and a multivitamin/mineral supplement as out Health service would prefer us to take zero supplements. A continuous battle between toxic chemicals (in drugs) and healthy life giving food causes my digestive system to be under stress.

I’ve been really ill since January subsequently got diagnosed with pernicious anaemia , long story short have had way over the normal loading doses for B12 deficiency and have been taking multi vitamins,
