Things I do to combat migraine.
•To combat inflammation I also take turmeric supplement tablets daily along with other dietary supplements to aid my general health and wellbeing which include
magnesium
, fish oils and a good multi vitamin daily. I recommend the Lamberts range of vitamins and minerals.

Advice on asthma as I have run out of options !
I went to hospital twice for nebs and one of these I required
magnesium
. I didn't have a big wheeze but was told they thought that was likely as I couldn't get enough air entry. 1 week later and I'm still struggling.

Please could I have help with my results?
I did buy Cheleted
Magnesium
, 400mg, a couple of weeks before test and took 4 x 400mgs as recommended on bottle for few days then reduced to 1x 400mg in case it was too much. Maybe the reason why
magnesium
is high. I’ll stop those. I do have symptoms of hyperthyroidism.

osteoarthritis and hot weather then rain on the way!
I have osteoarthritis [genetic] after all this hot weather, the cirrus clouds, weather forecast, rain coming, but the pain in my knees have really flared up, sitting here with my legs up, any idea of pain relief, usually I use a
magnesium
spray around the knee caps, but I need something a bit more drastic

Alendronic acid query
I am also taking Ad-cal and
magnesium
and want to include vitamin K2 when I can find some(!), and also have a lot of eggs/cheese/salads in my diet. I’m obviously keen to avoid taking anything that might not be necessary, so is there any point in continuing with it?

New and seeking advice re iron and vitamin D
I have never taken any medication, but I have tried most complementary approaches (
magnesium
, massage, etc.). At the moment it is worst during the day and in the evening. A parent had hemachromatosis, so I have just had my iron levels checked.

Help! How do you feel when starting Levothyroxine?
I have continued with B supplements/ D and
magnesium
and a healthy diet. But, after 2 weeks I felt like the Levo was tapering off. I have not lost all the energy I had for those 2 weeks but it’s as if I have gone from 1/10 energy to 9/10 then back down to 7/10.
