Update: I can be such an idiot. I have not been diagnosed with PK. I have REM Sleep Behavior Disorder and my neurologist was kind enough to let me know PK is in my future (and/or LBD). Glycine and N-acetylcysteine (GlyNAC) supplementation?
Can anybody figure out this dosing please? OAs were provided capsules of glycine (1.33 mmol/kg/day) and cysteine (0.81 mmol/kg/day, provided as N-acetylcysteine [NAC]) . That second link is to a very positive study. Glutathione and Parkinson's disease: is this the elephant in the room? https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

HELP PLEASE! MEDICHECKS THYROID RESULTS BACK - TSH IS 9 (and I'm very hypo)
Over the counter

supplements can also help with this. If you are feeling very tired you may wish to have a check of your full blood count to see whether you are anaemic. Your CRP level is normal, suggesting no significant inflammation within the body."

The more homocysteine, the worse the Parkinson's?
"You don't discover new continents if you don't have the courage to lose sight of the old shores." Andre Gide An elevated level of the amino acid homocysteine in the blood is neurotoxic and has been reported as a truly important risk factor for developing Parkinson's, as well as cardiovascular disease

Perhaps raising the head of our bed a few inches. From Ian Fritzell's (a PWP) vlog last week. Who knows?? A mixed bag.
I have not tried this myself, so I do not vouch for it, but I find Ian to be a reliable, objective source and a good guy, so I'll try it tonight. Vlog #154 My Progress With Glycine, Thiamine, nocturia and Inclined Bed Therapy 4 min VLOG https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PJX318q7ang 5 min https://www.youtube.com

New Study pinpoints LSD1 inhibition as potent disrupter of androgen binding and transcription, dramatically slowing prostate cancer growth
Mechanistically, we demonstrate that LSD1 positively regulates FOXA1 binding by demethylating

Should I switch from Levothyroxine to NDT?
I am taking lots of supplements: Selenium, B-complex, C, D3, NAC,
Lysine
, Magnesium, Omega 3, etc. and I am on a strict diet to reduce my thyroid antibodies (which I already have by about 30%). I also took some herbs for parasites and did an intestinal and heavy metal detox last year.
