Can I ask if someone who has had a liver transplant would they be covered by the Equality Acy 2010?

Since the Equalities Act 2010 encompasses the protections previously offered by the Disability Discrimination Act then yes - if the patient still has needs due to their condition then yes it should. If you are having difficulties with employers or anything due to this then contact ACAS who should be able to give you some proper advice as to your rights etc. acas.org.uk/advice
