T4 levels in relation to T3 dose
can anyone tell me - is it normal to have a T4 at the low end of the range once you start taking
Liothyronine
T3.? I take 125mcg thyroxine and 10mcg
Liothyronine
3x a day. My T3 comes back mid range and T4 at the bottom of the range whilst TSH is v v suppressed (0.01).

Price of Liothyronine
I recall that a few years ago many patients were refused
Liothyronine
because of its massive price rise. I just came across a Tribunal decision where the pharma companies were fined for the increase and they appealed.

Going the right way at last - take 2
I am now on 50mcg Levothyroxine and 25mcg
Liothyronine
. I take the T3 when I get out of bed (all in one hit) and the T4 before I get into bed. This is working for me, I feel better than I have done in years.

Yearly endo nonsense
I replied 150mcg Levothyroxine and 10mcg
Liothyronine
(I've been trying 10mcg instead of 20mcg prescribed as I have lost weight) and I stated that I didnt feel overmedicated and neither T4 or T3 over range as I knew they were angling for the usual levo reduction that ends in me feeling more symptomatic

T3/T4 HRT Meds before surgery?
I am in really good health otherwise but do take 150mg Levo and 45mg
Liothyronine
every morning along with Oestrogel and Androfem. I have a coil for progesterone and have bloods every 3 months to monitor.

bloods and upping T3 level- help needed please
I stopped
liothyronine
about 6 months ago for a variety of reasons, mainly anxiety/ tremor. My current dose of Levo is 125 mcg 4 days and 3 days at 112.5 (taken as alternates). I’m debating introducing just 5mcg of T3 again as a trial. My question is should I reduce T4 dose?

Insomnia - Could nightime liothyronine exacerbate it?
Hi, I've just read: https://healthunlocked.com/thyroiduk/posts/148510755/
liothyronine
-brands-and-insomnia. As ever the answer seems to be "it depends"! Some better on or off lio, some better at bedtime or on waking, etc.

Advice Needed
I’ve had hypothyroidism for 20 years +, I take 200mcg Thyroxine and 60mcg
Liothyronine
and have for the 20 years since I was diagnosed. My blood test results have always been similar (usually towards the top of the range, but that’s my normal) Last years blood test was more mid range.

starting t3, t4 combination
The consultant is prescribing 75mcg Levo and 10 mcg
Liothyronine
. She said it would be fine to start on new doses straight away. It makes me feel a bit nervous. Is it okay to do a straight swap? Have others done it smoothly? I really can’t afford to be having absences from work.

recurring illnesses
I’ve been trying to get stable on t3/4 combination, still a way to go as last results after increasing to 10 mcg
liothyronine
in 2 doses were the worst yet, t3 and t4 both at bottom of range, vitamin D draining away again despite supplements.
