Help with understanding please
He put me on 20mcg
liothyronine
and 50mcg of levothyroxine, when I posted that here , the good people on here told me I was being set up to fail on T3 and told me what I should be taking , so took that on board and have been doing that since .

Liothyronine Blacklisted. My email has been passed on to Matt Hancock, Secretary of Health and Social care
😔 (Background, in T4/3 combo initiated by private endo, NHS GP agreed to take over prescription and then said she had been contacted by the local prescribing team (Surrey Heath) to say that
Liothyronine
has just been blacklisted and tjatbshecould no longer prescribe)

Increasing activity. Do I need to increase T3 medication.
I now take 5mcg
Liothyronine
T3 twice a day after finally being diagnosed as a poor converter, after 11 years just on Levothyroxine. Plus I now take 75mcg daily.

Help with results after taking T3 for 2 weeks
I have been on 100mcg of Levothyroxine for a couple of months and have just managed to get prescribed T3 (
liothyronine
). I was put on 10mcg per day as a starting dose. My results are below and I was wondering if anyone would recommend a dose increase?

Interesting article
They only appear to have looked at levo and not
liothyronine
or DTE.

allergy to T3 itself? input appreciated
It seems to me that my last option is try to Thybon Henning T3 from Germany, which is the only other form of T3 (
liothyronine
hydrochloride) I have heard of, thanks to this forum.

Hashimoto's - med decrease and feeling awful
I also took 5mcg of
liothyronine
(t3) at 6:30am and 2.5mcg at 1pm. Due to hyper symptoms, doc suggested I drop to 2.5mcg of
liothyronine
in the morning and afternoon. I dropped the dose a week ago and have been experiencing excruciating muscle pain, cold hands and feet, exhaustion and depression.

Help Please!!!!
He did list of all the side effects of using
liothyronine
and it said chest pain was one of them and all my symptoms are the same as someone who tends to be hyper not hypo and he thinks it's the tablets. He also mentioned my TSH is now 88.

Symposium on T3/T4 combination therapy
However, the use of combination therapy with
liothyronine
(T3) remains highly controversial with conflicting results from clinical trials.

Liothyronine headaches -do they eventually go??
Hi I’ve been adding
liothyronine
to my levo for a few weeks now. I’ve been generally feeling a bit more brighter/clearer headed but a few hours after taking it I’m getting a headache which tends to last most of the day.

Stopping T3 Cynomel - how long before suppressed TSH likely to increase?
GPs are aware I take
Liothyronine
(half Cynomel tablet) as well as 100mcg Levo (same dose for about 8-9 years) and even agreed to test FT3 levels this year and last.

Do I rearrange Endo appointment?
I started taking 10mcg
Liothyronine
a few days ago having been prescribed them by an endocrinologist. He made a review appointment for me in three weeks time. Is this too soon? Should I rearrange the appointment for a later date or is that not necessary?

Morningside/Accord merger?
For anyone experiencing difficulty getting Morningside
liothyronine
, I rang around several pharmacists and apparently only Mercury ( Advanz ), Teva and Accord are now listed on the NHS system for
liothyronine
.
