If people knew... what Parkinson's is.
If people knew how hard, how very hard Parkinson's can be, it would help us spread this information. Okay, not all of it, but not even vitamin B9 to control the neurotoxic homocysteine, just the right amount of vitamin B6 in 10-25 mg per day as indicated in the levodopa prospectus, or vitamin D to prevent

Update on Sinemet Nausea and Fatigue
I originally posted on this topic about 2 weeks ago (post copied below). I finally got in touch with my MDS at Northwestern in Chicago regarding this issue. His solution was to add an additional 25 mg carbidopa (take one with each CL 25/100). It took a while for the pharmacy to fill the Rx, so I just

Quick Question : How does Exercise or increase in activities affect your response to Levodopa?
I can never tell the difference between tremors and dyskynesia and I end up in pretty bad spots because the medication goes out of whack. I find that increase in activities results in tremoring furiously and most importantly without warning. I can't put my finger to it. I have to calm down with a Klonopin

This information was given to me that Atremo Plus is made up from the plant species Vicia Fab L and has nutritional benefits having concentrated L-dopa.

What levodopa teaches us...
"What is science? Learn from science that you must doubt the experts ... Science is the belief in the ignorance of the experts. Every generation that discovers something from its experience must pass it on, but it must do so with a delicate balance between respect and disrespect..." Richard Feynman,

Sinemet Nausea and Fatigue
I started Sinemet IR (25/100) on Jan. 16, 1/2 pill 3x/day. I was supposed to increase to 1 pill 3x/day after a week, but I've only managed a whole pill 3 mornings this week. I'm avoiding protein an hour before and after, so I've tried taking it with a banana, veggies, a couple of crackers, but I get
