This is a new COMT inhibitor (like entacapone) that you only need to take once a day. It is also known as opicapone.

I would be more interested in it, but I don't think my insurance currently covers it...

It slows down the breakdown of dopamine. So this will help with tremor only if levodopa meds help with tremor to begin with.
