Post Ablation advice please??
I underwent an RFA for Afib and Aflutter in late last year (coming up on end of blanking period) for paroxysmal afib/flutter first diagnosed 5 years ago. I have been on Flecainide and Diltiazem for several years. Prior to the ablation, I would experience episodes about 2x a week for about 12-24 hours

Post 2nd Ablation Recovery
Hi All, I am 11-days in to my recovery from my second ablation procedure and wanted to check if anyone else has/had the symptoms I am suffering from; as I didn't have them after the first ablation procedure. I have two key ones as follows; 1. After walking for a few minutes and then standing still

Hi everyone, well i finally had my cardio phone appointment after a 7 month wait since the GP 24 holter showed suspected PAF. (Only symptom really was a prolonged drop in blood pressure) Apparently i do not have AF after all. I should add i also had a 72 hour holter monitor from cardiology. He did say

WHY WHY WHY
Suddenly my afib is visiting me a lot more frequently … it used to be every six months … now it’s every three weeks but it only lasts an hour or so and it converts to nsr. Today it happened when l returned from the gym and l was carrying very heavy bolders to put into a plant that keeps falling over

What constitutes low heart rate?
Recently prescribed bisoprolol 1.25, consultant did say if HR drops to low I should stop taking it. HR is 34/35 when I'm asleep. Should I be concerned about this? HR seems to be okay during the day but difficult to establish because it fluctuates because I have been in constant AFib for two days now

Cramps
I have been having a few problems with my hands lately, stiffness etc which my GP originally put down to old age and arthritis, but just lately I have been getting cramp in my left hand which can be painful, do you think this could be due to arthritis or possibly something else?

My uncertain heart
After an hour of sitting and reading the paper online this morning, I noticed sensations in my chest similar to those that have previously indicated AF. My Wellue told me I was in sinus but the rhythm was irregular and there were PACs and PVCs. I have often noticed that PACs and PVCs in the mornings

EP consult
The cardiologist I see is not able to provide medical management of my paroxysmal afib due to my low heart rate and low blood pressure (can't risk pushing either value lower), so I am hoping for an ablation. This morning, due to a cancellation, I was able to bring my initial EP consult forward by 1

had 4 treatments of Pluvicto is not dropping PSA
My Husband has had 4 treatments of Pluvicto 6 weeks apart. The first treatment dropped my PSA by over 100 points; however, the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th PSA climbed rapidly. My question is, Should he continue the treatment if it is not working for him?? Thank you, Concerned wife.
