2nd transfer ended in chemical pregnancy
Have just come out the back of my 2nd
IVF
transfer which has sadly ended in a chemical pregnancy at just over 5 weeks. (Was an 8 cell grade 2) I’m devastated. So cruel to have seen that positive 3 days in a row last week and now it’s gone.

FET Transfer today
It’s our first
IVF
cycle so all very new still. Does anybody have any advice for post transfer- any suggestions or big no-no’s for what I should be doing/eating or do I just carry on as normal, exercising etc? Feel like I’ll want to stay still to not disturb anything for the whole two weeks!!

nhs IVF wait time
Hi everyone, This is probably a long shot/daft question but does anyone know how long the wait times are at UCLH or is anyone here having
IVF
there? I have a dummy embryo transfer at the end of March have had all my blood tests etc. done. My partner has had all his blood tests too.

ivf challenges
I am undergoing
ivf
treatment and after egg retrieval embryos have stopped growing in the lab. What are the reasons of it despite of the fact that 13 eggs were fertilized ?

Clinics recommendations for Donor Eggs abroad please!
After 4 failed
IVF
cycles, I've made the difficult decision after turning 40 that I can't go through it again (emotional and physical toll plus cost when the likelihood of success is so tiny 😔) and we would like to try using donor eggs at a clinic abroad.

First Cycle… How Do You Stay Positive?
My husband and I finally started our first
IVF
cycle last month, we were so excited and perhaps a little naive if I’m honest. Everything seemed too easy and I remember telling the nurse that during one of my scans.

Light bleeding mid cycle
Hi all, just a quick question from a first time IVFer… Did my first attempt in January, BFN, now I’m mid cycle, I should be ovulating and I have felt period like cramps and have a light bleed, is this normal after
IVF
treatment? Never had this before.

In my 2ww wait and feeling helpless and deflated after testing too early after FET :( any advice to stay hopeful? X
It’s been such a long journey to get to this point almost 3.5 years just to complete my 1st round of
IVF
(male infertility, donor selections, clinic delays of treatment, surgery to remove 18x10cm fibroid) , I have no Frosties as this was my one and only special embryo that made it to a day 5 blastocyst

hysteroscopy thoughts?
They won’t do an hysteroscopy and thinking of paying private at a cost of £3.5k 🙈 this is a final cycle and then our
IVF
journey is over so I want to cover all bases before I close the book ☹️

Removal of tube and possibly ovary - Salpingo-oophorectomy
I then underwent a round of
ivf
and had an egg collection and for whatever reason ended up with this infection.

Hey all, A little unexpected news, by some miracle we got a positive (a few positives as you can imagine the anxiety after
IVF
!) pregnancy test this week, via natural conception.

Just started NHS referral process for IVF / ICSI and looking for some advice
- Does the NHS fund ICSI or just
IVF
? Seems with our situation that ICSI might be the better choice but I can’t tell whether the NHS would fund this. - How long did it take you from referral to embryo transfer? - Would you recommend telling people that you’re going through the process?

Egg quality
We have had lots of round of
IVF
and get a good response but never have good embroys so looking to improve my egg quality. I've read 'It starts with the egg' and I'm doing the things she suggests, supplements, avoiding BPA, diet.

8 embryos after almost losing hope
We’ve attempted
IVF
twice and weren’t able to reach blast, even resulting in tri-zygote. The third time, we had 15 mature eggs and 13 fertilised. All reached blast and we were able to freeze 7 and transfer 1.
