Symptoms suddenly taking a turn for the worse
When should I start to feel better from taking more
iron
? Is 4 weeks too optimistic? 2. What should you do once your
iron
levels reach the required amount? Continue taking the product, but, say, every 3 or 4 days instead of every 2 days?

Influences of sleep and the circadian rhythm on iron-status indices
I suspect few, if any, of us have ever really thought about
iron
tests varying by time of day. However much we understand with regard to thyroid, somehow I think most of us imagine
iron
as being more "bucket chemistry". But this paper might force us to re-assess!

Active b12 result
I am not anaemic but i do have an
iron
deficiency which was 22 a few weeks ago, I've been given
iron
tablets to take every day which I've been taking for 2 weeks and
iron
has gone up to 54. Folate is 8.0. Anyone able to offer any insight on these figures as I'm not getting very far with Google.

Running on Empty with Headspace
I know from last time, that it takes 2-3 weeks to get my
iron
levels up sufficiently to run at pre donations levels. So I loaded this run up, determined to take it slowly and walk if necessary. Andy was encouraging me to run by feel, not to a pace or a distance.

Flare up for weeks
Watching what I eat and drinking lots of water, stopped the
iron
tab 3 days ago to try soothe things down. So far not much if any improvement. Got a doc app next week, but just feel totally fed up and anxiety through the roof.

Haematologist’s unsupportive B12 response
She mentioned that although I’m low in ferritin (40) I’m not yet needing an
iron
infusion just yet. My white cell count was seemingly low also and she suggested that I should get a referral to see a haematologist as my bone marrow could be functioning insufficiently for some unknown reason.

And also an
iron
supplement and test again in 12 weeks. **I’ve seen the oral
iron
spray and wondered if that would be any good/ok as the vit d spray seems to be working for me? Then the medi gp said “Your tsh has reduced to 0.187, whilst your T3 and thyroxine are stable.

iron panel
Has anyone improved their
iron
panel results by using Ancestral grass fed liver supplements? I know they are mega expensive so I’m asking for any comments before they buying it. I’ve tried 3 arrows before. 🙏

is this a good plan?
In preparation for an appointment I have next month with my doctor, I have requested the full set of
iron
tests and she has prescribed them. I have, for 20 years or so, been borderline anemic. I am hoping that getting my
iron
levels where they need to be can go a long way to giving me relief.

I eat pumpkin seeds every day and regularly eat
iron
rich veggies so I don't understand where I'm going wrong. I 100% have symptoms of low
iron
all the time... Thanks so much for any feedback. GTS
